  • Great location, lots of room, friendly owner

"Our family of five spent a week in Scattered Pines. We travel frequently and rent many different properties. This was one of the best, as it has plenty of room to spread out and is well appointed. We have two teenage boys (14 & 16) and an 11 year old daughter. After a long day of skiing we really appreciated the 3 bathrooms and two different living areas that allowed everyone to unwind. While the kitchen is really well stocked and 100% functional, it is small, as seen in the pictures, so realistically only one person can work in the kitchen at any one time. Joan (owner) is super helpful and checked in many times throughout our stay. All of the major ski resorts are within a 30 minute drive, with Breckenridge & Keystone a short 20 minute drive. We walked the two blocks to town nightly and took advantage of the hiking/cycling paths that circle town & Lake Dillon. All in all we had a great time and will likely be back in the future!"

  • Perfect location and nice little condo

"Just back from a quick 4 day guy trip and wanted to note this nice property and owner. The rental process was quick and easy, the condo access and check out could not have been easier. Here are a few of my thoughts: Pros: 1. location- this is perfectly located in Frisco. Easy access to 70. We skied Vail (30 min), BC (40 min), and Breck (5 min). Perfect launch point. Good restaurants close by on main st. and great rental shops nearby too. 2. condo condition. Obviously a rental unit, but clearly one that has been well taken car of over the years. We wanted for nothing from utensils, plates, cookware to towels and other essentials. TV, carpet (amazingly padded), and furniture were all nice. 3. Parking. Dedicated spot in garage. very nice and relatively easy access to condo (up a flight of stairs). 4. Price. For the quality of the condo, we all felt the price was great. We have certainly paid more and stayed in worse. This is a great value. Cons (very limited): 1. fireplace- not a big deal and I hate writing because we did not report during our stay, but the fireplace did not work. wasn't a huge deal. 2. beds. Beds were fine, but the fitted sheets (especially on the singles) constantly came off and wrapped you up like a taco. mild inconvenience (and mildly amusing to the guys battling them). Don't hesitate to book this unit."

  • Perfect for family of five

"Our stay in Frisco was fantastic and the condo made the stay very enjoyable. It was spacious and well appointed. Every need was met, there was nothing we were lacking. We liked the location, close access to the interstate and walking distance to the shops and restaurants on main street. Covered parking was provided, and extra locker space in the garage. The owners provided additional information about nearby skiing, that was very helpful. We were 1st timers to skiing and found the bus stop in front of the condo handy that takes you to the slopes. The access to the owners family locker at Copper ended up being a huge asset, as we didn't have to carry our equipment home each day. I have nothing negative to say, other than the pictures online don't do this condo justice. It's much nicer in person."

  • You won't be disappointed!

"My family of 7 spent 2 nights at this condo and loved it! It was conventiently located next to Breckenridge and Copper Mt. and we loved the pool and hot tub after a long day of skiing. The condo was very spacious with 2 1/2 baths that were awesome. It was clean, fully equipped kitchen, fireplace and we loved the dining room table as we were able to all sit together and enjoy breakfast and supper! The attached heated garage worked wonderfully for our ski equipment! Great family vacation! The condo and the ammentities were perfect! We will definately be back."
