  • Great place to stay

"My husband and I stayed here for 3 nights. It was perfect. It's a cute, clean house with great amenities. We loved the comfy living room, the bike storage area, the backyard (with grill) and great location. You can easily walk downtown and are a short drive to some epic mountain biking. We can't wait to come back."

  • Incredible place

"Our experience with this property, from booking to checking in and out was perfect. The owners worked with us when we had to change dates, the property itself is GORGEOUS. Being on the owners property you never know what you're in for, do they leave you alone or are they chatty and/or concerned about their rental. These owners give you complete space and privacy. The house has every amenity you could need, it's clean, modern and lots of little touches are thought of, like ice packs in the freezer for picnics as an example. We ended up having rain our first day but it was a treat to have a down day in such a comfy spot. We really enjoyed being so close to everything but coming back to our quiet house. The views of the monument were spectacular and the light puts on a show every morning and evening. I highly recommend."

  • Family vacation surprise!

"We rented the Victorian home in Fruita to accommodate a surprise visit to my sister who lives in Fruita. It was fantastic. The home had the right accommodations for a large family. There was a nice yard for the kids to play. Gas grill for eating out and quaint restaurants and stores. I would highly recommend this house. We would definitely return."
