  • Perfect Fall Get-away

"The condo was clean and comfortable. Tom allowed us an early check-in, which was great. We didn't use the amenities at the complex, but saw others enjoying them. There was far too much to do and see in the area! We enjoyed hiking and lots of wildlife viewing in RMNP, the fall colors were awesome. Thanks for a quiet spot to rest and refresh!"

  • Great rental, roomy house near everything

"We rented this cabin for a week, 3 families for a total of 4 adults and 5 kids. There are two bedrooms on the bottom floor, 2 bedrooms on the main floor (as well as kitchen, living and dining room) and 1 bedroom in the loft. The place is very roomy, and we never felt cramped in together like sardines. Most of the kids slept up in the loft, as there are a couple of air mattresses to augment the actual beds. The deck has a BBQ grill as well as patio furniture to unwind and take in the views. The rental is in a great location, overlooking the lake and entrance to Grand Lake. It is also close to ATV and horseback locations, as well as the entrance to the National Park. We saw plenty of wildlife, and though we weren't in the woods a bear pooped outside my bedroom window(we took photos and researched what animal it was :D). The only minor inconvenience that we had was that there was no trash can for the kitchen. We looked around the house but couldn't find it anywhere (there is a huge can in the garage for all your trash). That being said, it wasn't bothersome enough for me to break my vow and get online to get the owners phone number. Other than that everything was great. We would definitely rent this property again."

  • Warm, inviting home owned by a wonderful family

"We stayed at the cabin for five nights. The fireplace was a warm treat. There was pre-chopped wood and resin soaked tinder which made fire starting a breeze. We saw moose our first three days at the cabin. Sitting on the dock in the sun with the mountains in the background was just beautiful. The trail in town to Adams falls was easy, accessible and gorgeous. Rocky Mountain national park was very close and we enjoyed hiking their as well. We had an awesome experience here!"
