"The condo is well furnished and as advertised is as close to the slopes as you can get. The room was quiet and the building offered many extras such as ample ice, a hot tub and covered parking. The murphy bed was comfortable. Didn't use the fold out couch as there were three of us and the couch was comfortable to sleep on."

"What a wonderful central location to make our home for the two months we stayed in the summer of 2015. Got to explore all the quaint towns that make up the area. From the historic Leadville at the top of the mountain, down to the 3 blocks of Georgetown and wonderful truly luxurious Beaver Creek and Aspen. Denver, Boulder and Estes Park are a little farther away but great views over the Great Rockies Park... a trip in itself which was great.
Remember some of the attractions are free and we took advantage of many, especially the entertainment at the Dillon outdoor shows, flee markets, and Jazz on the parks.
The apartment is how it looks in the pictures.... warm and cozy and large enough for 4 adults and 2 children .
a pool and hot tub to use in the evening when your bones are sore from walking the magnificent trails in the county.
Looking over the balcony at the marsh in the evening and seeing animals pass through was an added bonus. ONLY disturbing thing is, there is a hotel parking lot right out your terrace door which can get noisy in the evening with the coming and goings of the cars.
Also, the "mean" people in the next condo building who will not let you sit at the lovely lagoon at the end of the block. It's a tit-for-tat- attitude with them living in the SnowDance Building, and us staying in SnowDance Manor-- for what reason we don't understand.
We leave in a few days, but will never forget the wonderful memories we have of our vacation here."

"This was the perfect spring break destination. Kristen was wonderful to work with.
We have 3 kids - 4, 6 and 8 years old. The mountain and ski school were close enough for everyone to walk to on their own. There were wagons available to carry gear which made it even easier. The condo had everything we needed! We hosted all of our family, who were staying nearby, for dinner and there was plenty of space. It was also great to have two floors - much better than the smaller condos at River Run."
