"My wife and I spent the summer of 2015 in this unit. It is spacious and comfortable. It has everything you need for your stay. The view is spectacular of the Mountain House Ski Area from the large balcony that can seat six very comfortably. You can listen to the soothing sound of the Snake River just behind the property. The bike/walking trail system is right behind the unit and it can take you to Dillon, Silverthorne, Frisco, Breckenridge, Copper Mountain and Vail. The underground parking was a nice plus. Although it is right next to Hwy. 6 there was no road noise. The property is located equal distance from River Run Village and Lakeside Village, just 3/4 mile in either direction. The owner was always available VIA email and he kept us up-to-date on any building maintenance that was going on during our stay. There is something going on in the area daily with festivals every weekend. We are looking forward to returning in 2016."

"We had 4 guys and since one was always willing to crash on the floor on a camp pad, this place perfectly fit the bill for us. Mainly, we went with it since 3 of us needed the season passes and the cost of the condo was offset by not having to have them pay $110+ for day passes. The location was pretty great (we walked to/from Peru lift) with a few restaurants nearby and many more available at River Run (via night skiing).
The kitchen was a bit tight, but completely manageable since we only prepared breakfast and lunch. Fully stocked with all the pots and pans that we needed.
The hot tub/spa area was great at the end of the day and overall the entire complex was pretty great.
The only downside (aside from the neighbor upstairs whose dog seemed to get really excited about 6AM each morning) was a weird pinging noise, like air locked in the water lines, in the back bedrooms. It would happen randomly throughout the night (never heard it during the day) and it would only last a few minutes, but it was enough to wake me up. Mentioned it to the maintenance guy we passed one morning.
Otherwise, a great place, great location and really great owners (Kyle was super easy to work with and helped one guy with his skis!)."

"This was the perfect spring break destination. Kristen was wonderful to work with.
We have 3 kids - 4, 6 and 8 years old. The mountain and ski school were close enough for everyone to walk to on their own. There were wagons available to carry gear which made it even easier. The condo had everything we needed! We hosted all of our family, who were staying nearby, for dinner and there was plenty of space. It was also great to have two floors - much better than the smaller condos at River Run."

"We stayed here for part of our Spring Break trip in March/April 2015. This place is in great shape. It was so clean and has everything you could want. The beds were comfortable and clean. Lots of towels and extras everywhere. Thanks for the great place. It is a bit of a walk to the slopes but it was worth it. I appreciate all the thought put into what one might need."
