  • Fantastic Ski Condo for Family Vacation !!!

"This was one of the best vacations we've had in while! We wanted a condo where we could walk to the lifts, close to dining and relaxing. This condo fit exactly. Located in the "Springs" building in River Run, it has everything we wanted. Just a short walk in ski boots to ticket office and River Run Gondola. Because it is located away from the main Keystone Lodge, it was never crowded and no lift lines even on weekend. The Gondola is the way to go to the mountaintop, especially on cold days. My wife didn't ski but really enjoyed the village and stores. Recommend Kickapoo Tavern, great food! The condo was very clean and inviting. New leather couches were nice. Even the sofabed was comfortable. Everything needed was provided in kitchen, even a coffee pot with filters and small bag of coffee to get you started. Nice having cable TV in both bedroom and living room. Views from the balcony were incredible, especially with Christmas lights. We enjoyed the entire 4 days without getting in our car to drive anywhere. Everything you need is within walking distance. The hot tubs felt great after a day of skiing and the pool was plenty warm enough to swim. Nice having a kids hot tub and one for adults only. Parking for your vehicle under the building is close and convenient. If you have an additional car, the office will give you a pass to park in one of the ski lots only 200 yards from the building. The listing and photos are accurate and everything was clean and well maintained. Owner was very helpful in answering all our questions. Would highly recommend to our friends. Can't wait to stay here again!"

"Experienced a wonderful week of R&R in this clean, tastefully decorated condo with a beautiful view. We were welcomed by a friendly bear holding our complimentary bottle of wine amongst a beautiful table setting with a moose theme. Everything was as described and the owners were very easy to work with, answering all our questions and even calling to make sure we loved it. Spent a lot of time resting on the balcony--soaking in the mountains, trees, hummingbirds, chipmunks, and feeding the neighborhood fox. Although foxy didn't seem all that hungry we got a kick out of watching it hide our treats in three different places. Loved hiking the Snowflake trail and ending up at the Sawmill Reservoir--beautiful scenery! Hiked the trail at Lake Dillon and enjoyed all the chipmunk activity there. And the flowers in downtown Breckenridge in the summer are beautiful! The food selection in this area is great. Where do I begin?! Surprisingly, one of our favorites was in Frisco at Carlos Miguel's. Their shredded beef Mexican dishes were delicious and frozen margaritas were some of the best we've had. Although we ate in their dining room, there is a happy hour with half price margaritas and appetizers in the bar only. Downstairs at Eric's is a must...we go for the garlic crust pizza but they offer a wide variety of good ole American favorites. Giampietro's is great for the Italian lovers, especially their pizza--restaurant is small, go early or call in to-go order or else be prepared for a wait but it is worth it. Crepes A la Cart, La Francaise Bakery, Blue Moose (serves breakfast food only but they're open til 1pm so it's great for a brunch), Columbine Cafe, Daylight Donuts, sweet potato burrito (enough for two people!) at Cuppa Joe, Blue River Bistro are all good. So many more we wanted to try but ran out of time! Darn, guess we will have to go back ;) Thank you David and DeAnna for sharing your condo with us. It was definitely more like a home than a rental. Hopefully we can return some day."

  • Just as advertised.

"Our family stayed here for a week in February. Everything was exactly as described. Easy to get keys and ski locker. Great location!!!! We had two young children and it was great to be in the Village as we switched out skiers often. Easy walk to the lifts. I highly recommend and would definitely return."

  • Family Reuinon 2014

"Our family reunion included 12 of us from both coasts. Accommodations were great.... as advertised. The location was perfect for us also. The unit was clean, but we couldn't get the dishwasher to run, and we had to go to the lodge to get a lighter for the BBQ. We could have used information on trash management and pickup also. The kids especially loved the swimming pool. Would definitely recommend this unit and overall would give it a 9 out of 10. We all took the gondola ride to the Oasis grill for lunch and it was awesome. Had a great farewell dinner at Big House Burgers at north end."
