  • Beautiful Getaway!

"My husband & I were in Minturn to visit our daughter, and we couldn't have picked a better place to stay. Robin was very helpful and accommodating. The cabin was clean, well equipped & had extra amenities throughout. It was such a comfortable, beautiful & cozy setting for visiting & meals. The outside private patio area was great, and we enjoyed having a fire one evening. We'd love to stay at this lovely cabin again in the future. So much better than staying at a hotel! Thank you very much Robin!"

  • Wonderful stay in a beautiful little mountain town

"My boyfriend and I booked this cabin for our anniversary and we are so glad that we did. We live in Denver but wanted to expore the mountains. Minturn is a cute little town outside of the tourist destinations such as Vail but only a short drive to those kind of places. The views were spectacular with a mountain out in front with a nice little stream below. Only thing I would say is I recommend to have snow tires or chains if you are not used to driving in snow...there is plenty of it! Adam was very nice and helpful. I will definitely recommend this cabin to anyone looking to get away but not too far away!"

  • A Great Skier's House, 10 minutes from Vail

"We have now stayed here twice, once after Christmas and once for two weeks in March. Tom built a house that really understands the skiing life. There's a big walk in closet next to the master with a washer dryer upstairs, which makes sorting through the gloves and underwear in the morning a breeze. Each bedroom has a bathroom, and the master has a steam shower to complement the jacuzzi. Every bedroom has it's own TV, so anybody can fall asleep in bed while nursing the sore muscles. The kitchen is very nice to work in with lots of space to move around, a great stove, and a good assortment of kitchen utensils. The beds are very comfortable, and the view out the back is nice to look at, and to hear the stream. I would stay here again. Minturn is a funky town, with a few good spots to eat, but we also went to Avon and Vail for dinner since Minturn is in between them. This house would be great for a couple with children, three couples, or three couples with a couple of kids you can stash in the basement. Tom is responsive to any needs you may have, but our stay was hassle-free. It's a great house in a funky spot."

  • Exceeded expectations in amenities, comfort, and was the icing on the cake of a great trip!

"A personal thanks to the Mike and his family for renting us their place for our first trip to the Minturn/Vail. The rental process was as easy as it could have possibly been, great people to work with. We arrived late Thursday night and everything went 100% as planned and smooth as could be. It was clean, beds made with clean linens, and the kitchen ready to cook a quick late night dinner. The real surprise was waking up in the morning to the amazing mountains and the quaintness of Minturn. We spent a fair amount of time in front of the fireplace, making ourselves at home. The general consensus was that it felt more at home than actual home! The real reason we came was to ski and just take in Vail, which was less than a 10 minute drive. Skiing was awesome, Vail was awesome, however Minturn turned out to be our favorite. One thing we did find out about the last night there was the Minturn Mile after a visit to the Saloon in town. Certainly will take advantage of that next time. Speaking of, we'll definitely be back, only next time we're staying longer!"
