"This amazing home was exactly as described. Incredible views!!!!! This lovely home suited my family to a tee. It couldn't have been more perfect. The rooms so spacious!! The property and views were breathtaking. Even my Uncle Don who lives in Heeney was stunned by the beauty of these surroundings. The owner was wonderful. We went rafting in Kremmling. Saw a great deal of wildlife. Would love to return someday!!! Thank you for sharing it with us!!! It was a life long dream of mine come true!!!!"

  • Summit Peaks North Family Reunion

"For the first time in Many, Many years 5 of 7 siblings plus our 90 year Mother were able to stay all together in this wonderful Lodge in the mountains of Silverthorne, Co. We all had a wonderful time and found the property perfect for our reunion. Some of us enjoyed hiking, zip-lining and rode the train in Leadville. The microwave was out of order so no popcorn by the fireplace...all in all we totally enjoyed the property."

  • Spacious, Bathroom for every bedroom!

"We rented this home for our family get together of 11, and we had plenty of space. They have plenty of large closets. If you bring a lot of food you will run out of space for that as most of the cupboards are full. The garage is heated which is nice for keeping your ski boots warm. The towels are very small and we had just enough so your hot tub towel will be your shower towel unless you bring some. It does have a lot of various spices stored but be prepared to bring everything. (They had 4 bags of flour, no sugar) No coffee filters and we ran out of trash bags for the kitchen trash. Also, not enough coffee cups, those late getting up had to wash a cup! Location is good in that it is in a quite condo area but a minute to town. We split our time between Copper and Keystone and this is a perfect location for that (and Breckenridge) you are a minute away from rt 6 and 70."

Private Homes Travel Tips

Silverthorne Ski Condos in the Middle of it All

If a centralized location is ideal for your Colorado ski vacation, then Silverthorne lodging is the place. First, Silverthorne offers the Nordic Center. What serves as Raven Golf Course during the warmer months, becomes a great place for cross-country skiing and snowshoeing from December to March. As if that's not enough, some of the most popular Colorado skiing destinations are less than 30 minutes from Silverthorne ski condos, such as Arapahoe Basic, Breckenridge, Copper Mountain, and Keystone. Stay a week at Silverthorne, and spend a day at each of these great ski resorts to get the feel for every mountain around you.

Denver – Just Around the Corner

As if access to all of those great skiing destinations from Silverthorne lodging isn't enough, the great city of Denver, Colorado, is less than an hour and a half away. After a nice breakfast in your vacation rental, get everyone in the rental car and take a day trip (or two) to see what Denver has to offer. Spend a day entertaining the kids at the Denver Zoo or the Denver Children's Museum. For a bit of romance, take your other half to a show at the Denver Performing Arts Complex or for a shopping spree at Cherry Creek. Finish the day with a nice meal at Bubba-Gump Shrimp Co., and head back to Silverthorne ski condos for a relaxing evening in the mountain air.

Vacation Rentals are Best

While you may have stayed in hotels before, once you experience Silverthorne vacation rentals, you'll never spend a vacation in a cramped hotel room again. Two main attractions stand out: plenty of space for everyone and a fully-equipped kitchen. Other possible amenities include a fireplace, washer/dryer, a private deck, and a hot tub (to name a few). Vacation rentals are always the way to go.
