  • Weekend Getaway

"Great location!!! Great price!!! Perfect size for my husband and I. We could even enjoy the fireworks from our balcony. We'll definitely be back. Thanks for a great weekend."

  • Beautiful Spacious Condo

"A group of 5 adults stayed here for 5 days (4 nights) for some skiing and snowboarding in steamboat. The condo was very accommodating, spacious, tons of places to hang out jackets and gear, all the cookware and utensils you would need, and clean. I was most impressed with the quality of the interior- everything seemed recently renovated and new. Loved the gas fireplace. And it's just a few minutes walking distance from the resort and lifts! Highly recommend this stay!"

  • Exceptional Vacation!

"Our group was two 50+ adults and 4 kids (18-20 years old). I've used VRBO for the last ten years and have to say that this was the best equipped house yet! My husband, who was once a professional chef, loved the kitchen that even had good knives. The beds were comfortable and there were so many things provided from TP to shampoo. We travelled by AMTRAK from CA and Jason even took us to the grocery store on our first night there. The kids loved the hot tub and my husband and I really appreciated the bicycles. We played Pictionary and other games in the evening. Aside from one movie, we never watched TV. The house is up on a hill but within blocks of downtown. We actually enjoyed getting the exercise. We rented a car only one day to get to Hanging Lake and to get the two girls to horse-backriding. Everything else was easily walkable..the train station, Hot Springs, great restaurants, massages (Providence), the market, the mini-golf, the rafting and kayaking outings at Glenwood Adventures and of course hiking and bicycling. Our two kids and their friends were not interested in the amusement park for some reason--they liked relaxing at home as much-- so we didn't make it up there. Jason was a very helpful and gracious host. I hope we can come back again in the wintertime."

  • 12 man FATHER SON TRIP

"Just finished our 4 night stay. Six dads and six sons all of whom are graduating from HIGH SCHOOL this June. Overall house was very solid. Loved the kitchen and man cave hang out areas. Only negatives: on arrival the house manager ANNA did not take the time to get rid of the snow on the outside deck area. Took about 45 minutes for us to shovel the ice and snow off the table and chairs on the deck. That being said we never used the outside area because it was too cold outside. I would highly recommend some kind of outdoor fire pit where guys can hang out and smoke cigars. The other complaints we had was the HOT TUB did not have a new filter on arrival and the main TV in the den did not work. Home manager ANNA did respond quickly to fix all this however when paying big money per night we expect perfection on arrival! The other thing that is kind of off kilter is the layout of the rooms. 5 bedrooms on one side of the house and 3 on the total other side. House built to represent a French Chateau which is great however you better have the strength to be able to drag your luggage up and down a ton of stairs. Any older or guests with a disability: this house no good! One final complaint. Yes you can walk to the lift however it is a huge up hill walk to get to the CHARTER SPORTS ski valet/ lift area so we drove the 2 minutes and parked in the $20 lot per day across from the entrance. Bottom line: by end of the trip we all really like the house. The house was very clean.....the beds great.....and everyone in the end was happy. Would I stay there again? Yes.......assuming Anna would make some of the changes suggested in this review. PS....I have rented 7 major houses all over USA over last 7 years. Overall I would say this is a quality rental home."
