"This condo was prime in every aspect it had cabin charm and warmth and was centrally located to all the restaurants, shops and most important of all the Yampa river. The owner/manager was amazing and accommodating. Not only am I going to say on this review that I would stay here again but I guarantee I will spend another amazing weekend here in the future. Thanks"Guest: Sam Date of Stay: October 2014 Review Submitted: October 14, 2014View listing
"I celebrated my 40th birthday with a group of friends that included mostly couples but there were a few children there as well. We had such a lovely time! Deb was so helpful in the rental process. The house is located in a beautiful spot. There was plenty of space for our large group. It was easy to cook meals in the spacious and well appointed kitchen. I would definitely recommend this house for a group and would love to come back in the winter to take advantage of the ski in/ski out location."Guest: Anonymous Date of Stay: August 2014 Review Submitted: September 25, 2014View listing
"Thanks so much for the wonderful venue for our family gathering! Cozy inside, we enjoyed the great fire while cooking and dining. Plenty warm in the house, and the airlock porches provided a great place for our cold weather gear. Love that we were 20 minutes from the top of Rabbit Ears for snowmobiling, and all the access to retail. Lots of snow to sled on in the back and just sit and enjoy from the hot tub. Thanks again! "We went up to Steamboat for spring break and had a wonderful time. The blowup bed worked out great for the kids, but they are still pretty young. Location is across from the shuttle, which saves a lot of time packing all the stuff for the slopes. Laundry machines were a plus to freshen up our clothes mid stay. The Sheraton on the base has a nice casual lobby restaraunt with a free game room that we enjoyed. It is also on the shuttle route."Guest: James H.
