"Our family of four stayed here for a week and found the location to be ideal for skiing. We walked out of the condo and into Terry Sports, got our gear, went out the door and hit the snow. So convenient! Also very close to Slopeside Grill and the Paramount, along with other restaurants. The kitchen was well equipped and had nice saute pans (Kirkland), which I appreciated. There are indoor hot tubs one flight down, but the outdoor pool and hot tubs are behind the next building and require a fairly long walk outside, so we did not use those. The owners were friendly and easy to deal with and the price for the week was very good.
Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would certainly rent this condo again."

"This steamboat house is centrally located to all the fun the resort has to offer. It was the perfect meet up for family friends. Great floor plan and space for multiple families. Super helpful owner. We would love to return again."

"My family of four stayed here for a week in early October. Further, our youngest unfortunately was sick during our visit to Steamboat so we actually stayed in the home much more than we ordinarily would for a vacation rental. I can say that this is by far the best equipped and set-up vacation home we have rented. Between the well thought-out design and fully furnished/stocked nature of the home, it could not be more accommodating for travelers. As other reviewers have mentioned, the wall of glass doors that opens up to a patio and open space help make this place something that you would not ordinarily find in a Colorado mountain town. The location is definitely residential and quiet, five minutes or so away from town, but this worked well for us, particularly because there was a neighborhood park within a few minutes walk where our toddler could play daily. On that front, the stairs that have been mentioned in a prior review are high quality and somewhat slick. However, our three-year-old was able to navigate the stairs with ease using the railing. All of the living space (save the separate quarters) is upstairs, so there is no need for young children to go up and down the stairs without adults accompanying them. In fact, that is something I did not realize from the description, prior reviews or the pictures: unless you also rent the separate quarters downstairs, everything is laid out on a single, upper floor. All in all, we highly recommend this home and hope that one day we can stay in it again."
