  • The coziest place in Steamboat

"This was our 3rd stay in this condo. I love how warm and welcoming this space is. Our family of 5 stays here comfortably; the kitchen is stocked and easy to prepare a meal in. The kids love the Wii! The beds are firm and nice. Just down the hill is the hot springs pool and Vitamin Cottage. We'll be back!"

  • Everything We Needed For A Great Vacation!

"The pictures in the VRBO listing do not do this place justice. It is nicely updated with granite and stainless steel, wonderfully comfortable couches in the living area, and the beds were also very comfortable. There are a couple things that I consider MUSTS for a vacation rental: Cleanliness, relative quiet (not saying pin-drop quiet, but reasonable noise level), comfortable sleeping arrangements, and good water pressure/hot water/nice shower head. This place had all those and then some. Sometimes I walked to the base of the ski area (trail just across the street, 10 minute walk), or I'd walk 5 minutes to the bus stop (bus runs by every 10-20 minutes, 2 lines run by the condos). Travel to the ski hill was easy, making it possible to leave the car with my traveling companion for her use during the day (non-skier). Plenty of parking and just steps from the front door. We did not have one single maintenance issue while we were there for 8 nights. ***One thing to note: there is no internet service provided, which is a nice escape for some, but if you are like me and require internet access, you'll need to make some arrangements. Check your cell phone provider; I was able to get mobile hotspot for $30/month and we brought our laptop. There may be other options, but that was easiest for me.*** I WILL be back, no question. I don't think there is a better deal available for the money. I've stayed at the base in places that were not as nice as this one, and for more money, for "ski-in, not-quite-ski-out". I just stored my skis and poles at the hill for the week (cheap) and honestly it was easy to do the bus thing. *As far as folks with disabilities, there are 2 steps leading from the door/kitchen area down to the living area, but besides that there are no steps involved.*"

  • Quiet and Convenient

"This property was excellent as a launch point for our steamboat springs snowboard vacation. It was away from all the people that make ski towns unenjoyable. After hitting the slopes, the hot tub in the unit was amazing and easy to use. If you are looking for a relaxing location with great views and a feeling of being away from it all, this is the location for you."

Other Steamboat Springs Properties Travel Tips

Steamboat Springs Condos are Great for Relaxation

Anyone who likes to really relax on vacation can truly enjoy and appreciate Steamboat Springs lodging. That's because Steamboat Springs vacation rentals are much larger and more comfortable than any motel room. You don't have to be cramped in a small room. You can spread out in lodging that offers you multiple bedrooms, a common living area and a kitchen where you can enjoy fixing food with your friends and family when you don't feel like going out.

Find Great Food Near Steamboat Springs Lodging

One of the benefits of staying in Steamboat Springs is that you can really have some great food. While you're there, try Mambo Italiano, Steamboat Smokehouse, and Mahogany Ridge Brewery & Grill. No matter what kind of food you like, you can find great restaurants. You can also please even the fussiest eater in your group, and that's a great feeling - especially if you're traveling with children or family members who have a lot of dietary restrictions. Steamboat Springs condos are close to many restaurants, as well as being near a lot of the attractions that both tourists and locals really enjoy. If you don't feel like going out, order in and enjoy a meal while you relax in the comfort of your vacation rental.

Things to Do Around Steamboat Springs

As nice as Steamboat Springs condos are, you don't want to stay in them all the time. You'll want to get out and do other things, too. While you're on vacation, make sure you take the time to see Yampa River Botanic Park and Strawberry Park Hot Springs. You might also want to make time for Steamboat Ski School, Alpine Slide the Howler and the Lodge at Steamboat. That way you can really make your Steamboat Springs lodging experience complete and have a great vacation that you'll remember forever.
