  • Feels like home

"Steamboat feels like home. I would absolutely recommend this townhome for any vacation, whether it is a weekend away with the girls or a family vacation. The multiple bedrooms, each with heavenly beds and private baths satisfy everyone’s needs and exceeds all expectations. The location is great, allowing for a night in while enjoying the amenities of home sweet home (including the great views) and located within walking distance of great restaurants, ski slopes, or a “Strings in the Mountains” concert (which by the way, you shouldn’t miss). We have been there twice and plan to keep coming back."

  • Cimarron is the place to stay!

"We absolutely loved this rental! We were 2 families with 2 parents and 2 teens each. This place has 2 lovely master bedrooms and a total of 5 bedrooms, each with its own bathroom. We had plenty of space to spread out. The decor is lovely and the amenities were tub on the deck and ping pong in the heated garage. The location is a quick walk to the base of the mountain.....probably faster than the shuttle! We used the shuttle to take us everywhere with the exception of the ski area and it was always prompt. We hope to return to Steamboat for another vacation and stay here again!"

  • Another Great Stay

"This was the fourth time we have had the pleasure of staying in this A+ unit for an annual event. It is in excellent condition, very comfortable and has a very relaxing living room/dining room area. The kitchen is well stocked with everything you might need, the appliances are great and having a washer/drier available is a plus. The beds are comfortable, and the bedrooms large enough to have room for suitcases and your other "stuff". Having a garage plus a covered parking spot is an important benefit. One of the best features of this unit is the BBQ area, pool and two hot tubs conveniently out the patio door. An easy walk to the Steamboat Grand and a grocery/liquor store just up the road. We will defintly be staying here again next year."

  • A little piece of paradise

"We got to the Bella Vista Estate at a time between groups so it was quiet and just so peaceful. We actually sat at the pool and looked at the views for over 4 hours without really moving! Although there is full opportunity to be plugged into technology, we found it very easy to unplug from that and plug into nature and the awesome surroundings. Bella vista is named for the very thing you get to see when you are on the property. The "BEAUTIFUL VIEW" is just endlessly amazing. Every morning and evening we sat at the pool enjoying the gentle mountains and all the trees. This view is like a drug. The staff is awesome, accommodating, friendly and helpful. They make the stay at Bella Vista the vacation you are looking for. Catering to your needs and desires, they are on hand if and when you want or leave you to your own experience. It is a haven or a sanctuary, you are free to have whatever experience you desire. The pool is fabulous and overlooks the Bella Vista that Steamboat brings. The secluded estate away from everything, yet near Steamboat, provides a wonderful and very peaceful experience. If you want to have fun, this is the place to come with a group and be your own secluded area with outdoor speakers, more than one fantastic deck and sprawling indoors if the outdoors is not your thing. A great hot tub that fits about 15 people, and jets that go 5 feet deep in one area so you can get a full massage. Full amenities, this can be a home away from home. You can stay here a full week without leaving if you so choose. There are full kitchens which can be stocked for you or you can bring your own food. We had a chance to not only meet Sal and Justin as well as the owners who were great warm people that fit the Bella Vista very well. They were genuine and you could see their appreciation for the area and that their hearts are in the Estate. We felt like old friends when we left. When the time came to leave, we both were already longing to be back. I highly recommend this Sanctuary for the soul, or just to get away. Group settings seem to be best for cost and full appreciation of the estate, but alone it is so quiet and peaceful. Other items of mention: everything was clean and very well kept. There is care in the look and feel of each room and home. We had a great bed to sleep in, the bedding and towels were great and we felt completely pampered. If you read other reviews, there are no complaints!"
