  • Charming property

"My family, 8 people in three generations, was very happy with this rental: five levels of living space gave everyone room to gather or be alone. The rooms are well-appointed, the kitchen was well-stocked. We were one stop from the slopes on the free bus system. Steamboat is a great mountain. We would definately return to this property. The owner was most helpful, as this was a last-minute rental for us."

  • Central location, loud in the Summer

"We stayed in this condo during the last week of August. The condo was clean, the beds and bedding were super comfortable, and it came with everything we needed (including soap and toilet paper which can be uncommon in a rental). We have a child so the in-unit washer/dryer was great. The owner was very responsive and helpful before we arrived and during our visit. The location is excellent. It’s right in town and you can walk everywhere you need. It’s across the street from a number of bars and restaurants, the river, a bike path, and even a great yoga studio. The provided parking space was another great plus. The only downside of our visit was the noise. Because of the time of year we stayed we needed to have all of the windows open. Two out of the five mornings we were there the trash trucks started up before 6am. Two of the nights we were there the nearby bars were super loud, until 2am. I am not so old that I don’t appreciate a fun time out at a bar, but when I had been in bed for hours, with earplugs in and a pillow over my head, I grew frustrated by the noise. I don’t think the noise would be any sort of problem in the fall, winter, or spring because the windows would be closed. This is just something to consider if you want to rent this unit in the warmer months."

  • Another Great Stay

"This was the fourth time we have had the pleasure of staying in this A+ unit for an annual event. It is in excellent condition, very comfortable and has a very relaxing living room/dining room area. The kitchen is well stocked with everything you might need, the appliances are great and having a washer/drier available is a plus. The beds are comfortable, and the bedrooms large enough to have room for suitcases and your other "stuff". Having a garage plus a covered parking spot is an important benefit. One of the best features of this unit is the BBQ area, pool and two hot tubs conveniently out the patio door. An easy walk to the Steamboat Grand and a grocery/liquor store just up the road. We will defintly be staying here again next year."

  • Excellent accomodations! Exactly what was presented.

"The condo at Champagne Lodge was exactly what we saw in the photos and it was as described. It was completely furnished, plenty of plates, silverware, linens and towels, VERY clean. The individuals all offered great recommendations for entertainment, food, hiking, etc."
