  • Baseball Weekend in Steamboat

"This was our first visit to Steamboat and the condo started us off down the right path. The condo was very clean, quiet, close to grocery stores, restaurants, and downtown. The kitchen was well equipped, the beds/couches were very comfortable, and the bathrooms accommodated a family of 4 with no problem. My 2 boys enjoyed the pool and hot tub every chance they got. We even had some excitement our first night, as a large bear decided to have dinner inside and outside the dumpster. We also enjoyed the fact the condo is on the ground level. As much as we like to stay at different places when we travel, I would try to stay here again the next time we are in Steamboat. All in all a great place to vacation and would recommend this condo to my friends and family."

  • We Loved It!

"We found everything to be as it was represented. Everything was very clean and well stocked. The grounds outside were incredibly beautiful. We were able to take off up the hillside behind the house and go as far as we wanted to. It was all so lush! Both owner and manager were very helpful and super friendly. The grocery store is nearby and so are the Botanical Gardens, bike path (wonderful ride!), hot springs family pool, and state parks and national Fish Creek Falls. It was a great vacation for our group comprising of 12 people from 90 years down to 18 months."

  • Terrific place - stay here!

"Spent 6 days here during July. It exceeded our expectations. Most fully stocked kitchen I've ever had in a rental condo! Sat out on the decks, watched TV, walked a few blocks up to the Gondola Transit Center and hopped a bus downtown, even baked bread. Steamboat is so much fun in the summer - we didn't run out of things to do. Kim and her crew do a great job. Highly recommend staying here."

  • Our visit 10/7 - 10/16

"This house exceeded our expectations. Thanks for the well stocked kitchen (spices and paper products), you made it so easy for our group to enjoy our time away. I appreciated your personal customer service and the quality of the housing offered. We will have friends visiting the area in the future and will definitely recommend this house to them. Thanks again for the great lodging."
