  • Great Condo

"We have traveled to ski in the West once or twice a year since 1973 and have stayed in all types of accommodations at various resorts over those years. Kim and the group from Condos in Steamboat are absolutely great to work with for all of your needs! This unit in particular is outstanding and easily handled our group. Unless you are a beginner it is an easy ski in/ski out (that could be challenged by the amount of snow - we had plenty). But it is also and easy walk as well. Although we did not use it, there is a very reliable shuttle service as well. The condo has everything you need to cook at home, great views across the valley and plenty of room to enjoy your apres ski time. The heated garage for two is an outstanding benefit as well. We will keep this condo, Kim and her team in mind for our next trip to colorado."

  • great place to stay

"The rental was great. Perfect for us as we came to fish at Stagecoach reservoir. Very comfy. My grandson especially liked the big screen tv in the master while using the headphones. We had seven of us there one night and all were comfy."

  • Great location and views. Reasonable price

"We have skied Steamboat many times and stayed at various places. The location/view/price combination is the best we have had. It is truly ski in, right to the porch. To ski out we went down stairs and walked across the road. You have good views of the mountain and of the valley over Christy Lodge. 3 bedrooms - small but adequate. The condo is a little dated - formica... It is likely not as nice as your home, but you are there to ski right? As for service, the coffee pot died on us one morning. I sent a text and a new one was there when we returned from skiing. I would recommend. Best for families with kids. As for restaurants, there is no shuttle. We had a car and I would recommend one. We walked down to Slopeside and Cafe Diva easily, I wouldn't want to walk up with ski boots on, but you can apres ski at Slopeside, catch the gondola before it closes and ski on in. Also you don't have to ski Right of Way - you can ski down Heavenly Daze/Vogue and cut across."

  • We Loved It!

"We found everything to be as it was represented. Everything was very clean and well stocked. The grounds outside were incredibly beautiful. We were able to take off up the hillside behind the house and go as far as we wanted to. It was all so lush! Both owner and manager were very helpful and super friendly. The grocery store is nearby and so are the Botanical Gardens, bike path (wonderful ride!), hot springs family pool, and state parks and national Fish Creek Falls. It was a great vacation for our group comprising of 12 people from 90 years down to 18 months."
