  • Excellent Location!

"We had a wonderful week. Your studio was perfect for us. We appreciated having the humidifier and the layout of the bathroom was ideal. Access to the Quicksilver lift and downtown Breck was a short walk. We would definitely stay again."

  • Great for the kids

"The place is showing its age, but for the price, it's a great deal. It's no longer a luxury resort. Our 3 kids, ages 9 and 7, loved the pool area. Grand Timber's shuttle is a big convenience. Easy access out to the Snowflake lift. The Snowflake trail isn't a great option back, as there is lots of poling required. Terrible with small kids without their own poles. We ended up catching the shuttle from Beaver Run. Never needed to wait more than 10 mins for the shuttle. The owner never responded to questions about what's available in the unit. It's a standard rental with what you need, but nothing special. The master bed isn't very comfortable. It was OK. Our 3 kids were perfect for the lock off unit that has a queen bed and pull out sofa sleeper. Overall, we'd go back to Grand Timber."

  • Winter Ski Trip

"We had a group of 4 couples this house was perfect for us. The house is an easy walk away from downtown Frisco and less than 30 minutes from all the major ski resorts. When we arrived we found that the jets on the hot tub were not working. I called up the owner and he attempted to troubleshoot the problem but we had no luck. The next day while we were skiing he sent out someone to fix the jets on the hot tub(in the middle of a snow storm) and everything was ready to go by the time we got off the slopes. Excellent service! The house is beautiful and I would definitely recommend staying at this location if you have a large group."

  • Spring Break Family Trip

"Perfect spot for our family trip. Loved the first floor with no carrying all the equipment up many steps. We were within walking distance to town for shopping and restaurants. Being on the 4 o'clock run let us come in for lunch or come in early if someone wanted to. We rented some skis right down the road and that was very convenient. The condo itself was clean and perfect for our group of 6. Couldn't have asked for more. Kids enjoyed the hot tub but we never made it over to the pool. We used the guest book to check for restaurant recommendations. The owners were great to work with and everything went like clockwork. We will come back."
