  • Beautiful house. Best summer spot we have stayed in

"We came for 5 days over July 4th and this place is spotless. Nice cool house even though it was HOT outside. Great hot tub after long mountain bike rides. So nice to ride straight to the gondola and then ride home when done. Very comfortable beds, linens, and furniture. You can see that it is set up for maximum skier enjoyment, but the for the summer, this is the best place we have found in steamboat under $450 per night"

  • Incredible condo in downtown Steamboat

"We just finished an incredible weekend at this condo. It's every bit as beautiful in person as it is in the photos. The terrace is incredible. We enjoyed grilling up dinner and relaxing in the hot tub. Great restaurants and shopping directly out the front door. The owner was very responsive and easy to work with. The unit's assigned parking space in the underground parking garage is directly across from the elevator, making it incredibly convenience to unload. If my travels every bring me back to Steamboat, this is the only place I'd stay."

  • Excellent Location, Owner and Property

"What a perfect way to stay in Steamboat. The owner was excellent to deal with and very accomodating. We had a group with 4 adults and 5 children. The 3rd floor bedroom was perfect for the kids. One couple took the middle floor and one couple took the bottom floor. Everyone had their own spaces. Very short walk to the ski base area - literally 5 minute leisurely walk (enough to warm those legs up for a day of skiing/boarding). The hot tub was awesome at the end of the day. We will definitely stay here again!!"

  • The Views!

"Appropriately named, the views from this home may only be matched from a chairlift. When you look inward you will find a custom home matching rustic with the finest amenities. The kitchen will empower the inner gourmet in your group, while providing a convenient base for margaritas to the outside spaces. After keeping the kids entertained, the media room with it's massive screen, and even more massive sound system, served the "adults" with AC-DC at full tilt. Somehow, it is contained and the rest of the house was unable to hear our shenanigans. Finally, when you stay here look for the numerous architectural nuances. For example, you will find the base of a tree timber in the basement, running vertical through the entire structure of the home. We can't wait to go back!"
