  • Excellent Location, Owner and Property

"What a perfect way to stay in Steamboat. The owner was excellent to deal with and very accomodating. We had a group with 4 adults and 5 children. The 3rd floor bedroom was perfect for the kids. One couple took the middle floor and one couple took the bottom floor. Everyone had their own spaces. Very short walk to the ski base area - literally 5 minute leisurely walk (enough to warm those legs up for a day of skiing/boarding). The hot tub was awesome at the end of the day. We will definitely stay here again!!"

  • The best place I've ever stayed! We WILL be back!

"Our stay in the Sky View Chalet was smooth and absolutely wonderful from start to finish. The entire process was as easy as I could have imagined. Michael and the rest of the staff were extremely helpful in making our stay memorable and fun. The cabin itself was big, beautiful, and comfortable. The views are absolutely UNBEATABLE!! You face the mountain as the sun rises in the east, its indescribable. I have nothing bad to say about Retreatia or the Sky View Chalet. It was a great place to stay for my engagement weekend! Thank you Michael, and thank you Retreatia!!"

  • We Loved It!

"We found everything to be as it was represented. Everything was very clean and well stocked. The grounds outside were incredibly beautiful. We were able to take off up the hillside behind the house and go as far as we wanted to. It was all so lush! Both owner and manager were very helpful and super friendly. The grocery store is nearby and so are the Botanical Gardens, bike path (wonderful ride!), hot springs family pool, and state parks and national Fish Creek Falls. It was a great vacation for our group comprising of 12 people from 90 years down to 18 months."

  • A great home in Steamboat Springs - perfect for winter or summer

"I rented this town home for the month of August, 2014. I had looked at several homes in Steamboat, but this one really appealed to me. After visiting with the owner, I was convinced that this home was the one I wanted. It had all the amenities; fully furnished, centrally located (minutes from the Gondola Square, two grocery stores, restaurants and downtown Steamboat Springs. The town home itself is great. The home has all of the amenities including an enclosed hot tub off the master bedroom. My Son, daughter in law and their two teenage girls stayed with me the first week and the grand daughters really enjoyed the loft. The kitchen is fully equipped and all linen, towels, etc are furnished. The spacious deck offers a great view of Mount Werner and the ski slopes of Steamboat. Had the opportunity to visit with the owner on several occasions during my stay and was impressed. She really worked hard to make my stay enjoyable. I was so impressed that I have reserved the home for the month of August, 2015. I definitely recommend this home."
