  • Great everything

"Owner was easy to work with and the condo is right next to the slopes. Couldn't have asked for more."

  • Great family spot

"Our family enjoyed a lovely long Summer weekend in Steamboat - with your lovely condo as our base of operations :) The space easily accommodated the 6 of us (My Wife and I, my Mother-In-Law and our 3 teenage kids). The condo is beautifully appointed, has all the kitchen essentials we'd ever need and allowed us the privacy we wanted. The resort complex is wonderful. The pools, hot-tubs, workout facilities and Summer evening activities (which we were happily surprised by) are first class. The location is superb. We walked to Gondola Square almost every day and it was a very short drive down into town to enjoy the Yampa and downtown. Steamboat its self is great. We spent time at Strawberry Hot Springs, tubed the Yampa, walked everywhere and enjoyed dining everywhere including at the top of Mt. Werner for a sunset happy hour. Great stuff. I'd recommend the condo to anyone looking for a comfortable, affordable base of operations for an active family. In Winter I'm sure its a cozy, romantic spot too."

  • Perfect Homebase

"Was a bit concerned that past raving reviews could not be true, but shouldn't have been. We booked the condo to have a home base for our son's participation in the 100 mile Rabbit Run, but it was really a home base for everyone. Dad walked out back to fish the Yampa before breakfast. Mom strolled Main St without getting in a car. Son got great night's sleep before race and only took him 5 minutes to get to start line. Pacers and pit crew were able to stop in for snacks and naps and mascot dog felt at home. The condo was the most well equipped and stocked of any VRBO rental we have done. We fed 9 people the night before the race with ease and comfort. Steve was very helpful prior to our arrival, answering every question promptly. It was clear that he would be available to help out with anything while we were there, but there was no need. Highly recommended."
