  • Perfect Townhome for a Steamboat Vacation!!

"My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our visit to Steamboat this summer, especially because of Greg and Cindy's beautiful townhome. Everything was perfect. It was exceptionally clean, comfortable, roomy, and very nicely decorated with great amenities. Greg and Cindy provided detailed information on their home which made our visit smooth and hassle free. We had a family reunion at this location and were able to enjoy Steamboat and all it had to offer in an absolutely perfect home. I highly recommend it to anyone considering a vacation in Steamboat, and hope to stay there again sometime in the future."

  • Fantastic condo; excellent staff

"Rating Details: I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. I was very happy with the location. The vacation rental was spotless. The property manager was very helpful. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo was very nice, well kept and updated. We loved the balcony with a view of the gondola. It was perfectly laid out for our family with a nice living space, great kitchen with everything we needed and beds were comfortable. Our 6 adults and 4 children (2 toddlers) fit nicely. Even though our visit was in summer we really appreciated the parking garage. it was so easy to park close, carts were there to help move our luggage and the elevator made it so easy! No stairs also made it easy with little children each time we went out. The management was excellent, they went beyond the norm, calling to ask if they could assist, quick response to requests and was very helpful with directions, information and suggestions. Response to email and phone calls before and during our stay was outstanding. She even helped me make a hair appointment to I could prepare for a special event. We look forward to our next visit."

  • Great summer condo - quiet, looks out on green, great amenities, close to south side food

"We had a great time. Our needs are simple so didn’t make use of much of the great stuff you’ve equipped the place with. Things we particularly liked as summertime guests: The unit faces east with big livingroom “windows” (patio door) to let light in and natural view. Great in early morning and after 1pm. Looked out over mostly natural landscape – did not look directly out at buildings that are close by. Nice balcony, in shade during afternoon and evening. Nice size living room with overstuffed arm chairs as well as a sofa. Not a lot of party noise – and the notorious trains were a non-issue. Quite close to grocery stores and south side restaurants. Glad we brought our own 100 watt light bulbs along to read with, just like just about every place these days. Don’t be surprised if you hear from us again soon."

  • Fantastic Stay in Steamboat

"Our family had a fantastic week staying at this wonderful town home. This was our third family winter vacation in Steamboat, and we could not have asked for a better place to stay. The location is perfect, and while you have plenty of parking options if you have a car, there truly is no need as the (free) bus stop is just steps up the driveway and across the street. The accommodations are everything stated from previous reviews and more. Everyone slept well, and it is certainly spacious enough. The hot tub was delightful after a day on the slopes. We did not use the sauna, but hope to return to give it a try next time! The kitchen is wonderful and there are plenty of little "extras." The kids enjoyed the art table and all of the great toys available. We used the sleds and found some great hills nearby. Kathie and Pat were wonderful and answered every question we had via email or phone. Our entire family had a terrific week, and we feel very fortunate that we were able to stay here. We would highly recommend this town home to anyone looking for a great place to stay. We are looking forward to our next trip!"
