    "We had a wonderful trip and enjoyed staying at the condo. Everything was very clean, and we were able to use some of the condo's games and movies. With the condo being ski-in walk out, we were able to hit the slopes first thing in the morning and avoid the worst of the crowds from 11-1 by taking long lunches (we skied all 4 days). While we mostly dined in, we did venture out to Hacienda Real and enjoyed that as well. The owners were wonderful to communicate with and were very responsive and thorough in all emails. Definitely recommend!"

  • Great condo but had difficulties with the refund of our deposit

    "Great condo but had difficulties with the refund of our deposit. Three weeks prior to our stay, I told her we would have 6 adults for 5 nights and only 4 for all 7 nights. I told her I would send the full deposit as if all adults stayed for all seven nights and that ‘we can settle up later when the deposit is returned.’ So, I was expecting a return of my deposit and excess prepaid fees. The lease agreement indicates that the deposit would be returned within 14 days of our departure. We did not receive our deposit back after the 14 days and I had to send Barbara two or three emails requesting the deposit. I finally had to call her to get her to return the deposit. We received most of our deposit back a month after our departure. But, instead of getting the the full deposit and extra fees back, we received only a portion of our deposit and none of the extra fees. Another issue is that we did not receive any ‘check in’ instructions. We stopped at the main gate to the complex and they told us to go to the reception center at Beaver Creek, a few miles down the road. We did so and were told they did not manage the property. We returned to the main gate and the security staff helped us get into the condo. Again, a great condo that is nicely situated. Still hoping for the return of the extra fees."
