"I rented the house for a 4-day ski trip with friends. There was more than enough room for 8 of us and we had a great time in the house...grilling, relaxing in the hot tub and enjoying the common areas. Great place for a Vail ski trip!"

"We rented this unit for mid-Jan Vail ski trip--it was wonderful. The owner was so friendly and accommodating with our last minute booking. We had 3 couples and one single adult and we all slept comfortably and had enough room to relax without stepping on each other. The unit was rated silver which was right on--it was much better than basic but not opulent. The updated kitchen was lovely and well stocked. The 4 bedrooms were very comfortable. The walk to the bus stop was ok and the bus timing was very convenient. We enjoyed the wood burning fireplace but had to purchase wood. We met lots of friendly folks in the hot tub. There is a small grocery and liquor store within steps of the unit. The WiFi was awesome. We were disappointed with the older TVs and stereo system in the unit. It would have been nice to have stereo/speakers capable of bluetooth or aux-in for ipods. In the end we really didn't watch the TV and made do with the built-in ipod speakers. The living room furniture and dining areas were very comfortable (loved the fleece throws). The indoor ski racks and assembly space was excellent! We would be very happy to rent this very comfortable unit again!!"

"Stayed for 4 nights with a 3 and 5 yr old over Memorial day weekend. I'm a business traveler so I went into this with realistic expectations of what I'd be getting (for this price) and was pleasantly surprised. Very cozy. Extremely clean but it is dated with older (but clean) carpet throughout, just like the pictures and descriptions. While it is small unit, the extra 1/2 bath and two decks make it live bigger. King bed and queen pullout (with memory foam topper) were comfortable. The kitchen is great if you like to cook, literally everything you need (except groceries) to prepare any meal and a grill outside. Nice touch to find spices, olive oil, coffee filters coffee, etc. Plenty of good shampoo, soap, and other products were unexpected also. A Bose in the living room with lightning adapter and lightning alarm clock in bedroom were handy for charging iphones. 32" TV with cable and DVD in living room. No TV in bedroom.
Club house and pool were really nice. Blu's was closed while we were there so we ate out in Vail. Great location puts you close to everything for a reasonable price. Really nice to be able to park right in front and go up one flight of stairs and you're in and out. I would definitely stay again."

"We had a wonderful stay over the Christmas holiday in this great family duplex. Not only is this unit roomy, but it has two separate sleeping areas and can accommodate two different families. We had adult single men and adult single women and each had their own separate wing. The home is comfortable, exceptionally clean and in an easy location for getting to the ski mountain. The kitchen has everything you could possibly need for cooking and there are two living areas plus a play room! Tim is easy to work with in booking and was delighted to give any information regarding the area. I recommend renting and enjoying this wonderful home!"
