  • Solid Rental

"New Years week 2013-14, Family trip. We thoroughly enjoyed our visit to Vail and were very happy with this condo. It is very well located. The building is certainly dated, but the unit had the important updates. The condo was very comfortable for 7 of us (3 teens, 2 elementary aged kids and 2 adults). It was far more than adequate, but not a luxury rental. The condo owner was extremely helpful with information and incredibly responsive when we had any issue at all. I would absolutely rent this condo again, and would love to work with the owner again, reliable, honest, etc."

  • Excellent Ski Set Up

"Caveat: I know the owners. Upside: I wouldn't write an unsolicited review if I didn't mean what I say. The owners are a family of hardy skiers who host and entertain a lot, and their home reflects this with many details that will make your stay nicer. First, this condo is laid out with skiers and families in mind, and a mom will know just what I mean. It is super convenient to the mountain with true ski in and out right near the ski school. Easy parking arrangement next to front door, plus a garage. You walk in the door and find a proper "mud room" with tidy cubbies, hooks etc. There are two laundry rooms. An elevator you will want for getting your bags to the upper floors, plus maybe the grandparents should they need a lift. Then there is a bunk room with big, custom-built beds, and lots of them for the kids and their friends. Because there are several floors, you don't feel like you are living on top of each other, and you can contain the kid scene when needed. Each bedroom room has its own bathroom, which is extremely helpful! The main floor has a dining room, kitchen, living room flow that works just right. The furniture is all nice, natural fibers and so forth, but sturdy and not too finicky in a way that makes you nervous about damages. Finally, the best part is that the condo is situated on the edge of the mountain with views all around. I am not a spa gal, but there is a hot tub, very nice pool, and related facilities across the street, also with mountain views. In summary, it's spectacular."

  • Wonderful summer stay

"We had a wonderful summer stay in Vail. Clean and quiet, the unit is very close to the main village and the amphitheater, and backs up to Gore Creek. We wish the patio received more sunlight, but the sun-filled yard made up for that. A great place for a summer week."
