  • Best Location!!

"You cannot find a better location if you are visiting Vail with kids! We stayed here with our three children 9, 7 and 4 and literally walked them 3 minutes to Ski School and the Gondola. Charter sports is in the building for easy rentals and the little general store is right there for milk, etc. The unit is beautifully decorated with huge comfy couches (1 pulls out) and cowhide accents. The kitchen is brand new, open to the living area, and has great bar stools. My kids were obsessed with the built-in bunk beds, where my son got the top and girls slept together on the bottom. The master bedroom had wonderful storage with 2 large nightstands, a large closet, and drawers under the bed. The foyer was well-equipped with tons of hooks for coats and ski-gear. The staff of the Lion Square Lodge was very accommodating--there is a shuttle to the grocery store and they will take you into Vail Village. Free granola bars, hot chocolate, cider, and coffee all day. Just a great stay. We cannot wait to return to our favorite town next year!!"

  • Beautiful house and great location

"We rented this beautiful home through VRBO for a week during the holidays and it was a fantastic experience. Great correspondence from the owner prior to arrival and check in and check out was very simple. The house was incredible and the location was very convenient. The bus stops at the end of the driveway and takes you to Vail Transportation which is 2 min from Vail Village. The mornings we skied we walked to Lionshead across the pedestrian bridge which is a short distance from the house. It only took 10 minutes to get to the Lionshead Gondola. I would definitely rent this house again on future trips to Vail."

  • Two thumbs up!!

"After researching several properties in Vail, a friend recommended VRBO. I was a little leary until I happened upon this property. The rental agent spent a good amount of time answering all of my questions and making me feel very comfortable. The process was flawless. Even though the rental price seemed too good to be true, everything was exactly as advertised!! Very updated and very well stocked. My family of 5 adults was thrilled with the accommodations. Location was perfect...easy walking to gondola and lifts, shops and restaurants. We did not have a car, but no worries... the shuttle stop was right outside our place. On our last night, we had an accident and damaged one of the closet doors. Even though it was late, I called the rental agent and she was wonderful. I felt terrible since I knew that a new family was arriving the next day. She told me not to worry, she would call the owner and they would take care of it and let me know the cost. The owner called a few days later and gave me the amount, which was very reasonable!! This VRBO is a gem!! Don't hesitate to rent here!! Thanks again!!"

  • Top notch rental with luxury finishes

"Wow, we had the greatest time in Vail and it was only made better by staying at this unit. Our family of three, enjoyed the reclining sofa after hiking. We loved the keyless entry and being so close to the elevator. The unit’s location is close to the Gondola and only short stroll past wonderful dining and shops. There is also an incredible great room with beautiful views of the slopes. The management told us it was recently completely remodeled and they did a fabulous job at that. The kitchen was perfect with new granite countertops and stainless steel appliances and much more. The kids loved the multiple hot tubs after a long day of hiking and mountain biking. The tiled shower with heated floors is very roomy in the master bathroom. We look forward to coming back soon and highly recommend the condo to our friends and family."
