"This was a great location with enough bedrooms and bathrooms to accommodate six adults and two kids. Close enough to Lionshead that we didn't need a car to get around. The owner was great to work with. Although there was construction next door it didn't bother us. I would recommend this unit to anyone that wants to have the entire family in one location."

"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this condo. This was our first ski trip with our kids (ages 4 & 6) and we were looking for something in close proximity to ski school. Short of camping in a tent at the base of the gondola, we couldn't have been any closer. The condo building is pretty dated but this particular condo has been updated some, it was well laid out, with a well stocked kitchen and the funishings were comfortable and nice. There were lots of shelves, drawers & hooks all over the place to hang all of our coats and gear. The space was very well thought out.
One of the aspects of the condo that we enjoyed the most were the windows around three sides of the living room. This really opened up the space and made for a pretty view. We've already started talking about our next trip and we hope to rent this same condo again."

"We have been coming to Vail every summer and had a great time staying at the Ritz. The staff at the Ritz go above and beyond the call of duty to make sure you are taken care of. We had a fabulous time and it is a great location to be "in the heart" of Vail, but not so much that you feel overwhelmed.
The condo is a great place for families, but the place could use a little sprucing...the shades were tattered exposing iron rods, one of the bar stools was broken, the throw pillows for the sofas have seen better days, the drawers in the secondary bedroom were too difficult to use, etc. All this could be updated and this place would be five stars.
It was a little annoying that the housekeeping staff came in at different times every day during the week, never consistent. When you have a family it is a little difficult to vacate for 15-20 minutes especially when you don't when they are coming.
Would definitely stay there again, but it would be nice to have a few updates down to the place."
