"Nice property, albeit a bit old (rustic?) Good amount of space and amenities. Box fans are provided, but there is no air conditioning. Could not get back sliding glass door to lock after arriving and opening it. (had to use the safety lock for the duration of our stay) Very good deal for the price, and is very centrally located, as far as Vail goes. Proximity to the village, and gondola #2 was awesome. We only used our rental car once, and that was to go to the grocery store. Would rent again 100%!"

"I almost don't want to write a review, just because we don't want the secret to get out! My husband and I rented this amazing condo for 8 days at the end of July for my birthday. It gave us the opportunity to have friends and family visit, and it REALLY impressed. From Jennifer & Eduardo's professionalism to the absolutely unbelievable views (and we come to Vail several times/year), there was not a moment where we didn't feel pampered on our vacation. We'll be back soon."

"The condo was very well furnished with only a few exceptions. Beautiful kitchen with a great Wolf stove. Wine cooler was a plus. Beautiful living area with fireplace, but the fireplace didn't work. There was a note saying parts were on order, but for the price, that was rather disappointing. You expect a fireplace on a ski vacation and they made sure the fireplace was prominent in the advertisement pictures, but nothing was mentioned at any time about it not working. This condo is not quite ski in/ski out, but the short walk was truly short. The location of the condo made the ski storage service less convenient than carrying our skis to the condo.
The front desk was very helpful whenever needed and started our trip off with a personal guide to the parking spots and into the condo. They also helped in directing the Black Tie ski rental guys to our condo.
Lighting in the bedrooms was dim at best.
The one room with pull out couch and trundle bed was not well thought out. There was no way to pull the truly comfortable trundle bed out to make a full size bed since the heavy couch was in the way. The couch pull out bed was too thin to be at all comfortable. Since I stayed in that room by myself I was fine on the trundle bed without pulling it out, but you should get rid of the couch. Maybe replace it with a upholstered chair or love seat. One of the three lamps in that room had the switch broken off and without that lamp it was pretty dark."

"This cozy condo was perfect for our family of 4. We stayed here for a vacation/work trip in Lionshead. The location was perfect. A lot of restaurants and shops are nearby, and being able to walk or ride the bus to Vail village was nice as well. The owners were very helpful and flexible. The only awkward thing to deal with is that you are in the basement right next to the big laundry/break rooms etc for the Lodge. It was a little noisy during the kids' nap times, but other than that it was a nice, clean, quiet place to stay for a few days. Our family enjoyed our time here. Thank you!"
