  • Beautiful Condo - Great Location.

"I stayed here with a group of 8 people total - all young adults. We had a fantastic time. The condo was definitely big enough for all of us, very spacious and a cool layout. Everything is close by - we were able to load up on groceries at Safeway to save money and we even grilled out one night (there is a grill on the patio). The shuttle stop is right across the street and is a very short ride to the slopes, Vail Village, and Lionshead! I would definitely stay here again - great value in Vail!"

  • EXPERIENCE A VAIL SUMMER

"The skiers are gone and the parking is free and this is a good location to enjoy the cool and mostly clear weather from May to July. This is a Good to Excellent condo for a short skiing trip as the beds are comfortable with good coverings, the kitchen is stocked, the TV's work and the unit is clean. And the fireplace heats up quickly. We spent 8 weeks in the condo from the end of May to the end of July partly recovering from surgery and partly enjoying the Town and mountain activities. We had time to see a few issues that over time arise such as crowded closets, cluttered cabinets and drawers, older bathroom fixtures and an uncomfortable sofa. The Kitchen is well equipped and everything works. We also enjoyed the Weber charcoal BBQ complete with charcoal and lighter fluid. It was easy to walk to Lionshead in 15 minutes or take the occasional shuttle. The Owner is very responsive and indicated that he would visit and take care of several things we pointed out when we left. The pictures in this listing of views from the balcony are a little misleading as the most prominent sight is a condo building across the street."

  • Great option in Vail

"Had a wonderful time staying at this condo. Lots of space in the unit for our group. It was great to walk out the balcony door right towards the hot tubs which always had lots of space. Great deal while staying in Vail!"

Breakaway West Travel Tips

Breakaway West Ski Condos in the Heart of Vail

Most people travel to Vail, Colorado, with one activity in mind – skiing. It's no wonder since Vail is the nation's largest single mountain skiing destination. With over 5,000 acres of ski terrain, including about 200 trails, seven bowls, 30 lifts, and three terrain parks, you're certain to get your exercise. When you stay in Vail vacation rentals, you're right in the midst of it all. Other adrenaline boosting winter activities available in Vail include tubing, ice skating, dog sledding, and snowmobile rides. If you're looking to stay in Breakaway West lodging in the summer, you'll easily enjoy the great outdoors with a mountain hike, horseback rides, ATV exploration, zip-line streaming over treetops, or taking on whitewater rapids.

Vacation Rentals Have it All

Breakaway West ski condos will provide you with a comfortable, spacious, and relaxing place to rest your ski-tired body while on your Vail vacation. This five-building condominium complex contains 54 individually owned units overlooking the grandeur of Vail. Units are available as one-bedroom studios, two bedrooms, or three bedrooms with a loft. In addition to fully equipped kitchens, most Breakaway West ski condos have two full bathrooms, gas fireplaces, and grills; upper units have balconies with beautiful views. On-site you'll find a shared pool, two hot tubs, a deck, and an exercise room complete with flat screen cable televisions.

So Much More to Explore in Vail

While skiing and outdoor activities are the main attraction, you'll find so much more to enjoy in Vail. Ladies will love a rejuvenating day at a local spa, followed by boutique shopping. Playing a relaxing round of golf is also an option. Couples on a romantic getaway will find amazing wine and dining options to set the mood. There's so much to do when you stay in Breakaway West lodging, you may never want to leave.

Breakaway West House Rentals Can Provide Options You Won’t Find in Hotels

Staying at a hotel or motel may provide you with a few amenities; however, these amenities may be crowded or not very accessible to your unit. By taking advantage of Breakaway West house rentals, however, you have the same access to on-site amenities such as pools and hot tubs as the owners who have made their units available for rent.

In addition to enjoying the same things that the owners do in Breakaway West cabin rentals, you enjoy the "personal touch" in furnishings and design that only a unit’s owner can give to it. You can still relax, because they’ve removed or put away very personal items, allowing you to truly make yourself at home while enjoying their residence. There are no ‘cookie cutter’ hotel rooms here—just beautiful, affordable accommodations for you and your family.

More Room to Spread Out

Breakaway West house rentals are often designed with more than one living area. In addition, bedrooms are frequently separate. You will also find that there is usually more square footage than in a regular motel room. By taking advantage of the many choices for Vail vacation rentals, you’re sure to find one that has everything you’re looking for.

Local Attractions

If you should grow tired of skiing, snowboarding, or any of the other fun activities that can be found in and around the Breakaway West cabin rentals locations, take an approximately two-hour drive to Nederland for a bizarre attraction. On some private property there, “Grandpa" Bredo Morstoel died in 1989. He was frozen by his son, and his still-frozen body remains on the property. You may also enjoy visiting Nottingham Lake, where the Gore Range Nature Discovery Center is located, or the Imagination Station, with it’s interactive and hands-on exhibits.
