"We stayed at this property last ski season. Very clean and well maintained. Easy access to both Vail and Beaver Creek ski resorts. It is located on a golf course with lots of space for kids to play both inside and out. We enjoyed making meals in the full kitchen. Comfortably accommodated our family of six. Great place for a family vacation and we plan to return!"

"My husband and I and our 5 adult children all stayed at this amazing house for 4 nights. Every question and inquiry we had was answered promptly and I was extremely pleased with all the interaction we had. As for the house, it was honestly the coolest place we'd ever stayed. It was beautiful, clean, updated, and huge. We've travelled all over and our type of vacation leans more towards Las Vegas so staying in an extremely secluded house with NOTHING around for a few miles was a pretty big stretch....and we absolutely loved it. We spent our days doing activities, ATV tour in Vail, white water rafting in Glenwood Springs, hiking at Piney River Ranch (absolutely beautiful), and at night we cooked pasta, barbecued hamburgers and hotdogs, and cooked frozen pizzas. We played cards and board games for hours with our kids aged 19-29, had a pool tournament, sat in the hot tub, had bonfires with smores and just spent quality family time together. We spend a lot of time together at home but just being on vacation in the middle of nowhere, never turning on a television was perfect. A few things I should mention just so your aware.....you are definitely isolated and there are animals, besides seeing deer, we had quite a few chipmunks and mice that would come up on the deck while you were sitting out there. The first night we were outside playing cards and a mouse ran under our feet, we were a little freaked out but quickly realized that's what is out in nature. Just make sure you always shut the doors to the house so they don't get in. We had zero problems with any animals and seeing the deer and the rabbit who sat outside the master bedroom window on a rock was just amazing. The house had everything we needed and more. Books to read, games to play, extra shampoo and conditioner (at least in the master bathroom they did) which we didn't need but we also left our extras for the next people. The kitchen has everything and also whatever other people have brought and left so there are a ton of spices for cooking and all kinds of extra things including cereal etc...we left a 12 pack of toilet paper (which we didn't need because it was all supplied) some spices, and other food we didn't eat. I wish I would've looked around more to see everything that was available because I did buy a lot of things at the grocery store on the 2nd day that I didn't even need too. This house was incredible both inside and out and we will be booking again as soon as possible."

"I stayed in 'the Bear House' with 4 friends over the weekend. We loved the place. The décor was fun, there were movies and cards for us to play in the evenings, and the hot tub was much appreciated. The location was perfect - 5 minutes from Beaver Creek's free parking lot and 10 minutes from Vail. I walked around the neighborhood each morning, and the scenery was beautiful. Everyone in my group had plenty of space to spread out, and we found everything we needed in the kitchen. The owner was very communicative and answered all of my questions ahead of time, too. We look forward to returning next year!!!"

"We had an absolutely wonderful time at this house with our 4 adult children and their spouses. I think we used almost everything: Had a pool and ping pong tournament, cooking contest in the well stocked kitchen, hot tub relaxing in the evening, used the hammock, and sat having coffee at the seating area right by the stream. We hiked near by, walked into Edwards (20 minute walk on a nice path), kayaked at Dillon Reservoir (maybe an hour drive). The house is beautiful and spacious! I especially appreciated working with Kathy. She was very accommodating and responded promptly to questions we had. She made us feel very at home and relaxed about the property. All my family had a great time and appreciated the house and environs so much. I would highly recommend this house for large families or family reunions. Thank you, Kathy!"
