  • Stunningly Beautiful

"This is a high end, luxury rental. By far the best we have experienced out of our many VRBO rentals. Where can I start. Family vacation Christmas 2014. Recently renovated with high end finishes, spacious, beautiful furnishings, numerous bathrooms. The Christmas decorations were a nice touch. Short 5 minute walk to the shuttle to get to the ski slopes. Recommend a 4wd rental car, as the roads can get quite slick when it snows. Great views from the unit, as well as the natural beauty of Vail all around you. Well stocked kitchen. Comfortable bedding. You won't be disappointed."

  • Comfie, spacious, perfect host

"We spent 6 day's at Hedy's condo in Vail. I typically do not write reviews (too lazy) but I'm forcing myself to assure you that you are in good hands here. Hedy is extremely attentive and her place shows her how much she cares. We esp. enjoyed garage parking, lovely tile and granite work in bathrooms, large beds (king in master and two queens in 2nd bedroom), foosball table in rec room, fully equipped kitchen, sleep-inducing recliners in family room and easy access to shuttle bus. I also recommend, if you're in Vail and you like fondue, "Fondue at Home" (they deliver and set up) and "Mountain Mushers" dogsledding excursion. And then there's the skiing of course, if you're into it."

  • Perfect Condo for the Perfect Vacation in Vail

"We stayed in this unit on 2 different occassions, once in December 2011 and again in December 2012. Both times the experience was perfect! The owners are great to work with and the unit is beautiful and comfortable. Both times we were with our teenage kids, while other families had nearby condos. One of the greatest ammenities was having the hot tub and clubhouse room just outside our door on our floor. The giant & incredible clubhouse room is where all of the the 6 kids took their dinner each night and where they played games, played ping pong, were rowdy, and watched TV. The adults dined in the condo with a nice fire, pretty music, wine, and luxurious surroundings. Since the condo is "hotel" like the kids would come/go in their swimsuits or post ski PJ bottoms on interior carpeted halls. Having rental movies downstairs was another great convenience along with the covered underground parking garage. This condo is outfitted well for a family but also has the luxury factor for folks seeking a romantic getaway or vacation without kids. Its just what you expect and appreciate in Vail. I cannot say enough good things about the great vacations those 2 years in this Fallridge condo and I hope to stay there again!"

  • Family Friendly In Quiet, High End Neighborhood.

"We had a wonderful stay over 2015 President's Day holiday and during the World Championships! Well maintained home with an open floor plan was perfect for our two families. Plenty of space for the five kids and four adults and just the right location off Vail Valley Rd. Bus stop close by or 3 min drive past Ford Park to the base of Golden Peak. We loved the high end private neighborhood and Cul de Sac location of the home. Kitchen had everything we needed for lots of home cooking and the bed setup was great. Great mattresses and sheets, huge kitchen area was perfect for gathering in the mornings and evenings. Pat was responsive and attentive through out the process. Will definitely stay there again. Good value overall. Great value for those vacationers that don't mind being away from the base of the mountain a bit."
