  • Family Gathering

"From the minute we walked into Patricks home we felt like we were on top of the world. The balcony off the living room was a perfect place for a glass of wine and great conversation. It overlooked the mountains across the street. We had five couples staying at this house and we all felt like we had our own space if we needed to have alone time. The kitchen was great for cooking evening meals as a group. All the amenities were there for us to use. The guys liked the golf course. We went Zip Lining close by. Also did a rafting trip. Spent time in Vail Village. All within reasonable distance. We definitely had a wonderful stay."

  • Great Location....

"I rented this house for our family vacation this summer. The location is superb, easy access in less than a 10 minute walk to either vail town or lionshead. Comfortable and simple. We enjoyed the gym and the table tennis. Hiking and cycling in the mountain are very easy to access from the house. The staff and owner were very helpful all times, with efficient service. Although this is an old house it has all the amenities, we enjoyed our stay."

  • Excellent location and property

"This cabin was amazing, beautifully decorated, and wonderfully located. Each morning started out with a 2 mile hike and each day concluded with a dip in the hot-tub. Who could ask for more!"

  • Best house in Vail!

"I have stayed at this house several times over the past few years with business clients and my family. The house is kept in immaculate condition and the owner Seth and his crew led by Arturo, have always gone above and beyond to make sure that everything was perfect during our visits (Arturo even took me down to Denver Int'l on a Sunday afternoon - 3+ hours in traffic - one way!). In regards to location, this house is great in that it is one of the very few Vail properties that are a short walking distance to ski out and you can fairly easily ski in to the house. Plus, it is short walk into the village - no buses necessary! I will continue to take my family and host my executive ski retreats at Seth's house for years to come."
