"We had 4 families with 2-3 kids per family and it was beyond perfect. The kids played shuffleboard, Xbox, and games while the adults stayed upstairs in the spacious Living Area. The home is decorated with great and extremely comfortable. We were lucky to have an abundance of snow and made it to both Vail and Beaver Creek. We will definitely be back next year!!! Thanks."

  • Great town home in West Vail

"Our family had a great time at this tow home. There are a LOT of stairs - 5 flights of stairs to get from the bedrooms to the top of the house and driveway/parking spot. But this means the house has lots of great views from its perch on the side of the hill!!!! There were baby gates in a downstairs closet that we found that helped to corral our smallest into one area and away from the stairs. Kitchen is fairly big and open and felt very family friendly. Kids liked the bunk bed room and the master bed was very comfy. Washer machine is huge capacity and fast!! Fireplace (wood burning) in living room was such a wonderful bonus!! We never used the hot tub because it kept dumping snow (bonus!! Since we were there to ski!!). The owner was easy going and helpful, and his brother, who was staying at the property next door helped us check in late and even helped haul luggage!!! Wow!!! Totally unexpected kindness."

  • Austria Haus condos are fabulous!!!!!

"My wife and I have stayed at the Austria Haus for the past three years and have been impressed with the ease of getting the exact condo we wish with Michele Garner. The condo is beautifully appointed, centrally located and staffed with great people who take care of your every need. The central location is the best with parking and ease to walk to all places of Vail. We love the breakfast each morning and with daily papers such as the WSJ and USA Today. We plan to go again next year!!"

  • Stoked!

"Our group of 6 had a fabulous time at this place. Plenty of room for 3 couples (all had our own bathrooms w/ showers and bedrooms). Could comfortably sleep 8 people as the loft has a bed for 2, one of the full baths is up there too. Recent remodel was done very well and the pictures do not do it justice. Living space is great and table is perfect for group meals, kitchen had everything needed to prepare them. Balcony is also great w/ gas grill, firewood for fireplace, etc. Unit is on third/top floor and is tucked up against White River National Forest so very private / nice view. Outdoor hot tub owners recently added was legit, just down 2 flights of stairs and very convenient...we had it to ourselves the entire time. No hot tub bro-jams like the Village. Bus stop is 2min walk away, runs every 15 or so minutes to Village and is great for skiing, apres, dining out, etc. Owners very easy to work w/ and super responsive. We had an excellent experience here and will definitely be back. Only thing that could have been better was the snow, so thin this year that we couldn't make a lap thru East Vail down to the condo...though I bet in good years you could do so. Cheers!"
