  • Austria Haus condos are fabulous!!!!!

"My wife and I have stayed at the Austria Haus for the past three years and have been impressed with the ease of getting the exact condo we wish with Michele Garner. The condo is beautifully appointed, centrally located and staffed with great people who take care of your every need. The central location is the best with parking and ease to walk to all places of Vail. We love the breakfast each morning and with daily papers such as the WSJ and USA Today. We plan to go again next year!!"

  • Vail holiday. Could not be made easier !!!!

"Excellent, from start to finnish, for family. From first inquiry, owner Jim very helpful via email, to arrival at Cascade, friendly staff accepted our skis and boots, taken to boot room/ski shop for storage overnight and quickly retrieved in the morning prior to skiing. Condo has all our wishes covered, plenty of space, swimming pol and hot tub. Easy 5 min walk to pick up warm boots at Cascade, ticket office and quiet lift directly out the door from putting boots on. Jim helped immediately during our stay with a couple of minor inquiries, e.g. light switches & stereo. Resort has amazing gym, son very grateful for this. is is our 5th overseas family ski trip, and this has been the easiest. Recommend highly, this place has all our wishes covered, we look forward to coming back. The only thing we would like to change, is seeing the Denver Broncos win the big game."

  • Nice Condo, Great Location

"I took my 20-something sons out to Vail in September to enjoy the Colorado fall weather together. This condo is nicely decorated, had comfortable beds and furniture and was a good size for us. Walk out the door and Lionshead is just a few steps away. You can also walk to Vail Village or take the free shuttle, which is also just steps from the door."

  • Like no place on earth!

"We strongly recommend the Vail Bavarian Chalet. We had a wonderful vacation during our Spring Break annual Ski Trip to the Colorado Rockies in late March of 2014. The Bavarian Chalet had everything we needed as a family. The location is fantastic, and the weather was excellent. I was concerned about Spring temperatures and Efli told me not to worry - well, she was right! Fresh snow a couple of days and I was able to ski 7 days in a row! Vail is Vail - there is no comparison! So many trails and almost no lift lines! The Vail Back Bowls are awesome. The views from the top of Vail are fantastic! We even enjoyed the excitement of the party to welcome home Mikaela Shiffrin with her Olympic Gold Medal. Dining and shopping in Vail Village is great. Then we were surprised to have a "drop in" close friend from Holland unexpectedly ski with us one day! By far, the best part of the vacation was the hospitality of Jon and Elfi! They made us feel so welcome and they've thought of everything! There is really too much to even remember, but the personal "host" touches included wine and chocolate to welcome us, the fireplace ready to light, the daily Vail newspaper brought to our door, the snow cleared off our cars each morning, the beautiful and warm decorating touches like the Tiffany lamps, the free parking pass, the snow shoes when the boys wanted to go hiking up the mountain, the advice about skiing certain parts of the mountain, the slippers at the door, the view of Vail from the private hot tub, ect. Best of all was the start of a new friendship with two wonderfully genuine people, Jon and Elfi, who clearly enjoy opening up their home to others to share in the most amazing skiing experience at Vail. We flew into Eagle (which is so convenient) in the morning and we rented a car per Elfi's advice, then drove 30 minutes to the Chalet. We skied for free the day of arrival by just showing our Eagle Country airport boarding passes to the lift ticket office. At Vail West Village, everything is so convenient. Then our daughter who lives in Denver joined us to ski for a day. This vacation was one of the best for us. My wife's comment was "this was a 5 star vacation, a truly amazing place to stay." We plan to return as soon as possible! Tom and Maka & family"
