  • Loved our Girls' Getaway

"This was one of the best priced options in the Dillon/Silverthorne/Wildernest area for our annual Girls' Getaway! The condo was neat and clean with everything we needed. We were too busy shopping to check out the clubhouse, but the condo didn't disappoint. The owners were great to work with. The refund took a while to get back to us, but otherwise, a fantastic stay! Thanks, Jamie"

  • Spring Break in Summit County

"We have been traveling to Summit county for over a decade now, and working with Mirtha was among some of the best owners I have worked with in renting their home. The house worked well for our 5 adults, and 4 young men who stayed in the bunk room. The pictures do the house justice, and made for a great week for our ski trip. This loaction is great for those wanting to explore several montains. We have Epic passes and this location allowed us to ski any of the five resorts with a 15 to 45 minute drive if road conditons are good. We would rent this home again if the group size for our next trip matches up with this very nice home."

  • excellent place to stay

"We stayed here late December 2013. Top 3 things to like: 1- no forced-air heating - It makes a huge difference in air quality and evenness of heating. the condo was spotless, warm and quiet. 2- well stocked with kitchen utensils and even consumables (soap, paper goods, detergent, dryer sheets, it goes on and on). I assume some consumables were left by previous tenants in a "use some, leave some" principle. 3- owners very nice, easy to deal with. The site photos don't do it justice, I think. The condo has lots of room to hang around in the living area. Nicely furnished, simple/no clutter. We loved it. Fun thing to note: an actual fox is literally making rounds through Wildernest on a daily basis. Left slippers on the porch only to find one of them chewed the next day."

  • Amazing stay, and excellent owner.

"Our stay was great. The owner was very accommodating to setting up the reservation and helping us out with a different check-out time due to our travel arrangements. The location was amazing, with beautiful views, and wildlife just out the window. I would highly recommend this to anyone else interested in staying. We had a total of 6 people that stayed, and there was plenty of room to sleep, etc. The kitchen was spacious, and there was plenty of cookware provided to make good meals. There were no real complaints about the trip. I will be contacting the owner on our next return to the area."
