"Condition of condo found to be neat, clean, and orderly with abundance of non-perishable condiments on hand (spices, etc.) and plenty of linens. All appliances and plumbing were in great working order. Our two 20-something children found the bunk beds in the second BR to not be to their liking but they were satisfied using the futon in the lanai room and the sofa in the living room for bedding. We would be happy to return to this condo for winter or summer visits in the future."

  • Great location, really enjoyed Fraser.

"A couple of friends and I spent a weekend in CO skiing and snowmobiling. We found Fraser a great location for our trips to Winter Park and Grand Lake. This condo was perfect for us. It was great that each bedroom had at least a queen size bed. Nice tv that was great for watching March madness and awesome dvd collection. Enjoyed relaxing in hot tub, which was only a 5 min walk. Used the kitchen quite a bit, cooked some steaks on the grill. Great weekend in CO."

  • Clean, Comfy and Cozy

"My family & I thoroughly enjoyed staying at this property. It was impeccably clean, comfortable and well organized. We have younger children and it worked wonderfully. Having Safeway so incredibly close enabled us to cook for our family in the unit. The newer dishwasher and stove/oven was an additional convenience. We enjoyed the fireplace and appreciated having firewood provided. The proximity to Winter Park was quite nice. We would recommend this property and would rent it again. It truly was an enjoyable stay."

Fraser Travel Tips

Create an Adventurous Getaway in Fraser Lodging

Located just north of Winter Park in Colorado, Fraser is a small town that offers a quiet getaway nestled in the mountains. Stay in Fraser lodging and enjoy secluded settings away from the traditional resort crowds, but maintain the option to take part in the same activities.

Reserve Fraser Lodging and Explore the Arapaho National Forest

Staying in Fraser rentals means your vacation could easily revolve around fishing, camping, hiking and hunting in the Arapaho National Forest. Also consider learning how to fly fish in the rivers and streams during your visit to Winter Park lodging.

Rodeo Fun near Fraser Rentals

If you schedule a stay in Fraser lodging sometime in July or August, you’ll have the chance to catch the rodeo on Saturday nights. Watch men and women try their hand at such skills as calf roping and bull riding for an interesting night out from your Fraser rentals. Make an evening of it and enjoy dinner while watching your favorite event. You can also have fun watching the kids take in the sights before retiring to your Winter Park lodging.

Spend the Day away from Winter Park Lodging for a New Adventure

Only 26 miles north of Fraser lodging, you’ll enjoy a visit to the Hot Sulphur Springs Resort for plenty of relaxation and rest. Spend a day or two soaking up the spa services available there, and swim in the private pools set in man-made caves. This is a great break when you’ve planned an extended stay in Fraser rentals.

When you return to your Winter Park lodging rested and renewed, take a ride down the local tubing hill for fun in the snow with the entire family. Tube rentals are quite affordable, and this is an activity that is safe for all ages; however, small children should be accompanied by an adult on the way down.
