  • We'll be back!!!

"A small and quiet resort. Small property with a big personality. Everyone was so nice and made us feel at home. We met some people and made new friends. We were on the third floor and while that made it hard on some of us "sea level" people, once we got settled it was wonderful. The unit felt bigger since we had vaulted ceilings in this particular unit. The unit was very clean and well stocked with kitchen inventory as well as pillows and blankets. We did not lack in anything. The living room and master bedroom had flat screen TV's and we had a gas fireplace which really added to the experience. The hot tub in the unit was a real bonus. We rode the shuttle bus to the ski area and it drops you off close to the ticket offices and lifts. Otherwise you have to park and walk. They have pay parking which is closer and probably more convenient to some but we chose to ride the shuttle which picked us up right in front of the property. They ran real close to being on time. Coming back from the ski area took some time and so did going to the area, but we enjoyed not having to deal with parking and walking. There were only 3 trails open, but we enjoyed our time together and made the most of it. We rented ski equipment from the Ski Broker which is located in Fraser on the bus route and were treated very well by the crew there. We recommend dining at Carver's in Winter Park (they have an awesome philly) and the Crooked Creek Eatery in Fraser (they have wonderful fish and chips) Jon and Tammy manage Indian Peaks and we feel our vacation turned out so well because of the outstanding customer service they provided. They went above and beyond to make our vacation memorable. Thank you to you both. Hopefully the next time we come out to Colorado there will be more snow. We will be back!!!!"

  • Haven in Colorado!

"Best deck ever! Spent most of our time outside, eating, using the chimenea and having cocktails. Entire house well appointed with everything we needed. Beds were very comfy. It is very quiet and peaceful neighborhood. Close to winter park and Grand Lake. Also great area to walk or run and trails right by house. I highly recommend this house and will go back!"

  • Awesome place!

"This is a well-appointed, well-maintained home and is just as described on the VRBO listing. We had three families - 6 adults, 4 kids, 2 dogs, and it was PERFECT for our group's size. So nice to be in a home with nice appliances, sharp kitchen knives, comfortable beds, and big bathrooms. It's the little things :o). I would stay here again in a heartbeat."

Rendezvous Travel Tips

'"Rendesvous1 condo rentals: Not too far from the city, many activities nearby"'

The Rendezvous1 condo rentals are part of a gorgeous area of Colorado. It is located right by Rocky Mountain National Park and the Grand Lake. You will find it very calming and soothing in its wooded, forest location. It is quiet and can make something like fishing in the nearby a stream, a very relaxing experience. There are dramatic slopes along with various types of wildlife.

While the Rendezvous1 condo rentals are in the gorgeous outdoors, you are never too far from the city, as Denver is located just less than 70 miles away.

Come on down and see the stampede and rodeo shows. During the summer, there is a weekly rodeo show for over four hours to entertain both the kids and the adults. It's a family event guaranteed to entertain everyone.

'"Learn about the area"'

If you are at the Rendezvous1 cabins, be sure to check out the Grand County Museum in Hot Sulphur Springs. The museum displays the early days of Grand County and the people that made it successful. There are historical antiques on exhibit that were dug up over 8,000 years ago.

'"Snow or Sun, lots to do"'

There are other rare activities that take place by the Rendezvous1 cabins. If you want, you can ride a snowmobile near the Continental Divide. Sleigh riding through the woods is an option. Also, dog sledding is a something everyone should give a try if they are vacationing during the cold seasons in Colorado. Are you vacationing in Colorado during the summer? Hop on a raft and take a ride down the lovely Colorado River.

With a stay at Winter Park vacation rentals, not only will you be provided with fine facilities, but plenty of options to explore the beautiful, local area.
