"We stayed in this townhome for four nights and wish we could have stayed longer. The view of the valley and river was amazing and we saw deer grazing there. The accommodations were great and was furnished with everything we needed, including shampoo and conditioner, which I had left at home. The condo was neat and clean when we arrived and everything was exactly as Fred said it would be when we arrived. We are looking forward to staying there again next summer. It would be an excellent place to stay while skiing in Winter Park, but we are too old now to ski so we have to visit in the summer. We enjoyed it a lot. Thank you Fred, for a wonderful place to stay."

  • Family Time

"We had a wonderful time at the house and had our family fly in from many placers to meet for Thanksgiving. The house was warm comfortable and great for a large group. We took advantage of the great kitchen to cook a Thanksgiving dinner. Also we used the hot tub which was nice in the cold weather. Winter Park area is nice and allowed folks to ski and snow shoe in the area. This is a great house for groups and family get togethers."
