  • Wonderful Family Getaway

"My three adult children, there spouses and I enjoyed every moment of our stay at Moose Lodge! The condo was beautifully decorated yet cozy. The kitchen was well stocked and we also enjoyed cooking out on the gas grill. The sauna was an added bonus as were the hot tub and pool at the community center. Fraser is a well kept secret conveniently located to Winter Park, Grand Lake and Rocky Mountain National Park. We hope to return to Moose Lodge very soon!"

  • Excellent location and plenty of room!

"We love skiing Winter Park and this condo has it all. The condo itself is spacious and allowed for plenty of room with two adults and three teenagers and our dog. The condo was well appointed and even stocked with basic essentials in the kitchen. The complex had a great workout facility, outdoor heated pool and two heated outdoor hot tubs. It also had a great locker room and was supplied with towels, shampoo, body wash and blow dryers. The bus service stopped right in front of the condo and showed up every 1/2 hour. Would recommend this condo to all ages."

  • Clean and convenient

"Our family enjoyed our stay here this winter. The heated garage is a great plus when it is so cold outside. The kitchen was stocked nicely and the owner was very nice to speak with and accommodating. My only complaint would be the beds were less than comfy. The mattresses, pillows and blankets were new and clean, but inexpensive and not plush enough for my tired and chilly after-ski self."

  • Great place to stay!

"This condo was perfect! Loved the location. Couldn't beat being so close to Safeway store. It was just as clean and as beautiful as the pictures portrayed. Would definitely recommend to friends and family. While in the area we enjoyed an awesome hot air balloon ride with Grand Adventures. Would also highly recommend rafting with Clear Creek Rafting in Idaho Springs....what a thrill that trip was!! Enjoyed eating at several local places in the area but Hernandos in Winter Park was our favorite. The pizza was fantastic!! I booked this with Tammy. Thank you for being so easy to work with! We appreciated that you let us get into the condo earlier than we had expected! It was a fantastic vacation!"

Fraser Travel Tips

Create an Adventurous Getaway in Fraser Lodging

Located just north of Winter Park in Colorado, Fraser is a small town that offers a quiet getaway nestled in the mountains. Stay in Fraser lodging and enjoy secluded settings away from the traditional resort crowds, but maintain the option to take part in the same activities.

Reserve Fraser Lodging and Explore the Arapaho National Forest

Staying in Fraser rentals means your vacation could easily revolve around fishing, camping, hiking and hunting in the Arapaho National Forest. Also consider learning how to fly fish in the rivers and streams during your visit to Winter Park lodging.

Rodeo Fun near Fraser Rentals

If you schedule a stay in Fraser lodging sometime in July or August, you’ll have the chance to catch the rodeo on Saturday nights. Watch men and women try their hand at such skills as calf roping and bull riding for an interesting night out from your Fraser rentals. Make an evening of it and enjoy dinner while watching your favorite event. You can also have fun watching the kids take in the sights before retiring to your Winter Park lodging.

Spend the Day away from Winter Park Lodging for a New Adventure

Only 26 miles north of Fraser lodging, you’ll enjoy a visit to the Hot Sulphur Springs Resort for plenty of relaxation and rest. Spend a day or two soaking up the spa services available there, and swim in the private pools set in man-made caves. This is a great break when you’ve planned an extended stay in Fraser rentals.

When you return to your Winter Park lodging rested and renewed, take a ride down the local tubing hill for fun in the snow with the entire family. Tube rentals are quite affordable, and this is an activity that is safe for all ages; however, small children should be accompanied by an adult on the way down.
