  • Great, cozy stay!

"We really enjoyed our stay. The location was perfect, right next to the local Safeway grocery store. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook our meals. We even had the right tools for a BBQ outside…in 15 degree weather! It was an amazing view from the balcony and we had the same view while BBQ-ing. WinterPark ski resort is very nice with great "Green" trails. This was our first visit to Winterpark and we really enjoyed it."

  • Wonderful view!

"We wanted a place to relax after hiking and biking. Sitting on the deck we had amazing views of Byers and far beyond. The locations is perfect and the clubhouse along with pool, hot tubs, gym and handball courts saw us often. Parking right out front was plentiful and the meadow is a perfect place to let the dog run off some steam. The condo is comfortable although the units are dated. We had plenty of kitchen gadgets and utensils. Bathrooms are small but sufficient. The owner was helpful when we had questions but mostly the condo was self explanatory. Good internet service also. We would definitely stay here again."

  • A Wonderful Place to Stay

"Our entire family of 14, ages 1 1/2 through 69, stayed here for five nights, which included Christmas. It was really wonderful. Because it is on 3 levels, we were able to spread out for a while, but all be together for meals. We did a lot of cooking, and the kitchen is very well-equipped. I love that there are lots of supplies in the kitchen so we didn't have to go to the store for a teaspoon of salt. It was all there! We could "borrow" and leave something in return. There were absolutely no problems!"

Fraser Travel Tips

Create an Adventurous Getaway in Fraser Lodging

Located just north of Winter Park in Colorado, Fraser is a small town that offers a quiet getaway nestled in the mountains. Stay in Fraser lodging and enjoy secluded settings away from the traditional resort crowds, but maintain the option to take part in the same activities.

Reserve Fraser Lodging and Explore the Arapaho National Forest

Staying in Fraser rentals means your vacation could easily revolve around fishing, camping, hiking and hunting in the Arapaho National Forest. Also consider learning how to fly fish in the rivers and streams during your visit to Winter Park lodging.

Rodeo Fun near Fraser Rentals

If you schedule a stay in Fraser lodging sometime in July or August, you’ll have the chance to catch the rodeo on Saturday nights. Watch men and women try their hand at such skills as calf roping and bull riding for an interesting night out from your Fraser rentals. Make an evening of it and enjoy dinner while watching your favorite event. You can also have fun watching the kids take in the sights before retiring to your Winter Park lodging.

Spend the Day away from Winter Park Lodging for a New Adventure

Only 26 miles north of Fraser lodging, you’ll enjoy a visit to the Hot Sulphur Springs Resort for plenty of relaxation and rest. Spend a day or two soaking up the spa services available there, and swim in the private pools set in man-made caves. This is a great break when you’ve planned an extended stay in Fraser rentals.

When you return to your Winter Park lodging rested and renewed, take a ride down the local tubing hill for fun in the snow with the entire family. Tube rentals are quite affordable, and this is an activity that is safe for all ages; however, small children should be accompanied by an adult on the way down.
