  • Christmas in a condo

"This is a very nice condo and they have NICE towels, and plenty of kitchen tools. We had Christmas dinner for 6 and it was cozy but comfortable. There were only 4 of us staying there and it was nice to have 2 baths. I recommend it. Great location, and quiet."

  • Perfect Ski Condo

"We had the most amazing stay here, for the accommodations are superb! Clean, well-furnished, and quietly tucked away but close to downtown Winter Park. The free shuttle was convenient, and the bed was really comfortable. We will want to come back this summer for mountain biking for sure!"

  • Great place/location, easy direct booking with owner

"We stayed a total of 3 nights last week and had a great time. The condo is clean, comfortable and everything typically offered in a rental was available. We didn't use the fireplace but saw that there was some wood on the deck to make it easy if a guest wanted to use it one night. We didn't use the rec club either but we saw that it was within easy walk-in distance to this condo. We parked in front of the condo (we had two cars and there was plenty of unassigned parking spaces) and walked around the building to the front door. Very easy access since it is ground level access on the back. The entry way is small but enough space to store shoes and coats. I think there was a ski storage by the entrance, but we kept the skis in the car since we left very early each morning and didn't want to make noise. The furniture is comfortable and the layout very practical. There is a small full bath in the loft and another bath on the lower level between two bedrooms. The entire complex was very quiet when we were there and we didn't hear anyone in neighboring condos. We go to bed early and are very early risers so it was great to be able to sleep soundly until morning. Wayne is very nice, responsive and very accommodating. Booking this condo was straightforward. Thank you for renting this condo to us."

Fraser Travel Tips

Create an Adventurous Getaway in Fraser Lodging

Located just north of Winter Park in Colorado, Fraser is a small town that offers a quiet getaway nestled in the mountains. Stay in Fraser lodging and enjoy secluded settings away from the traditional resort crowds, but maintain the option to take part in the same activities.

Reserve Fraser Lodging and Explore the Arapaho National Forest

Staying in Fraser rentals means your vacation could easily revolve around fishing, camping, hiking and hunting in the Arapaho National Forest. Also consider learning how to fly fish in the rivers and streams during your visit to Winter Park lodging.

Rodeo Fun near Fraser Rentals

If you schedule a stay in Fraser lodging sometime in July or August, you’ll have the chance to catch the rodeo on Saturday nights. Watch men and women try their hand at such skills as calf roping and bull riding for an interesting night out from your Fraser rentals. Make an evening of it and enjoy dinner while watching your favorite event. You can also have fun watching the kids take in the sights before retiring to your Winter Park lodging.

Spend the Day away from Winter Park Lodging for a New Adventure

Only 26 miles north of Fraser lodging, you’ll enjoy a visit to the Hot Sulphur Springs Resort for plenty of relaxation and rest. Spend a day or two soaking up the spa services available there, and swim in the private pools set in man-made caves. This is a great break when you’ve planned an extended stay in Fraser rentals.

When you return to your Winter Park lodging rested and renewed, take a ride down the local tubing hill for fun in the snow with the entire family. Tube rentals are quite affordable, and this is an activity that is safe for all ages; however, small children should be accompanied by an adult on the way down.
