  • Frasier Home

"We stayed at the Frasier Home for 3 nights over Spring Break. The accomodations were great with lots of space and hot tub. The drive to town was close and the skiing bus stopped right outside the property. Jason was very accomodating and answered any questions that we had. We were able to take our dog along and that was a bonus. I would definitely stay again. The house has some great mountain views and was comfortable and quiet. I loved the skylights. Very reasonable in price and location."

  • Comfortable, great host, well laid out.

"The condo was very comfortable and the Host were very helpful. Easy to get hold of and very quick to respond. The place was clean and the down stairs was a great kid hangout. Old Mario video games were a blast! Downstairs fridge and microwave and table for games and pops corn. AND sleds for the kids to play with. Down side was kitchen was small and dated. Old appliances, kitchen was very disorganized. We cook so this was significant, however everything in working order. All in all we loved this place and would most definitely stay here again. 5 STARS!"

  • Perfect ski trip get away

"It's simple and rustic but cozy and functional. Minutes away from Winter Park resort. Off the beaten path, private on a beautiful lot: Only disappointment was he hot tub didn't work which was a big feature for us. We were looking forward to enjoying the starry nights in the mountains in the hot tub. Jim and Becky couldn't have been more helpful. They went out of their way to help some first timers make the most of their ski trip. I would definately recommend this rental:"

  • Family weekend

"We live in Denver and wanted a convenient place to stay in the mountains over President's weekend. It's the perfect size ( we have two daughters, 12 & 14, and one brought a friend). Very cozy and warm. So warm we didn't feel the need to use the fireplace, but we did build a fire one night for ambiance! Very convenient location....close to grocery store, the tubing hills, the rec center, and Winter Park ski area. Great views off the deck. The club house was a big hit with everyone! Heated pool, hot tubs, steam room, indoor basketball and ping pong table. When we weren't out skiing, swimming, tubing, ice skating or shopping, the kids were enjoying Mario Cart on the Wii or watching a movie from their fairly extensive collection. Kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed to make all of our meals there. Would recommend to anyone looking for a convenient, clean place with lots of amenities!! We will be back! ;)"

Fraser Travel Tips

Create an Adventurous Getaway in Fraser Lodging

Located just north of Winter Park in Colorado, Fraser is a small town that offers a quiet getaway nestled in the mountains. Stay in Fraser lodging and enjoy secluded settings away from the traditional resort crowds, but maintain the option to take part in the same activities.

Reserve Fraser Lodging and Explore the Arapaho National Forest

Staying in Fraser rentals means your vacation could easily revolve around fishing, camping, hiking and hunting in the Arapaho National Forest. Also consider learning how to fly fish in the rivers and streams during your visit to Winter Park lodging.

Rodeo Fun near Fraser Rentals

If you schedule a stay in Fraser lodging sometime in July or August, you’ll have the chance to catch the rodeo on Saturday nights. Watch men and women try their hand at such skills as calf roping and bull riding for an interesting night out from your Fraser rentals. Make an evening of it and enjoy dinner while watching your favorite event. You can also have fun watching the kids take in the sights before retiring to your Winter Park lodging.

Spend the Day away from Winter Park Lodging for a New Adventure

Only 26 miles north of Fraser lodging, you’ll enjoy a visit to the Hot Sulphur Springs Resort for plenty of relaxation and rest. Spend a day or two soaking up the spa services available there, and swim in the private pools set in man-made caves. This is a great break when you’ve planned an extended stay in Fraser rentals.

When you return to your Winter Park lodging rested and renewed, take a ride down the local tubing hill for fun in the snow with the entire family. Tube rentals are quite affordable, and this is an activity that is safe for all ages; however, small children should be accompanied by an adult on the way down.
