  • Lovely lodge perfectly suited for family gathering

"We had the opportunity to stay at this lodge for a week so 7 of us spanning 3 generations could experience time for fellowship, skiing and just plain relaxing. The views of the valley below were spectacular from every room in the house; and there was ample room for everyone. The spacious dining area was perfect for our meals together, and the kitchen had everything needed to whip up meals from simple to grand. Plus the house was only 10 minutes away from Fraser's main drag; and another 5 minute to nearby Winter Park. The skiiers in our group spent two days downhill skiing and described it as "incredible", and another fun-filled two days cross country skiing. It didn't hurt that we arrived on the heels of a good snowfall; but enjoyed sunny, calm days most of the week. Yesterday it was delightful for us all to wake to a new 3-4" snowfall; and see it snow off and on all day long. We all savored this week together in this special house in a beautiful part of Colorado. We hope to return again in a warmer month to see the change in the countryside."

  • Amazing, Wondrful Experience

"After the floods and fires last year and having to cancel our plans in Estes Park for 2013 we decided to rent this house for our women’s weekend retreat 2014. I am now the hero of many!! This home is amazing!! I watched the groups arriving and then watched their mouths drop as they entered the house. The house was perfect for all 18 of us as we had plenty of sleeping rooms, room for meetings and book studies and readings, quiet places for meditations and lots of room to cook and eat. The deck at night has its own light show of stars and the many sounds of nature. We had a group that hiked and others that enjoyed the hot tub and others that relaxed on the front deck. The views are breath taking and we just could not believe we were so blessed to have gotten this home for the weekend. We have rented many homes and this one is a must see and have for your event!!!!! We plan to return to this wonderful home in 2015 and will continue to share this with many other groups and families. I hope this will be a permanent place for the women’s retreat of “Spiritual Babes”. God Bless this family~~"

Fraser Travel Tips

Create an Adventurous Getaway in Fraser Lodging

Located just north of Winter Park in Colorado, Fraser is a small town that offers a quiet getaway nestled in the mountains. Stay in Fraser lodging and enjoy secluded settings away from the traditional resort crowds, but maintain the option to take part in the same activities.

Reserve Fraser Lodging and Explore the Arapaho National Forest

Staying in Fraser rentals means your vacation could easily revolve around fishing, camping, hiking and hunting in the Arapaho National Forest. Also consider learning how to fly fish in the rivers and streams during your visit to Winter Park lodging.

Rodeo Fun near Fraser Rentals

If you schedule a stay in Fraser lodging sometime in July or August, you’ll have the chance to catch the rodeo on Saturday nights. Watch men and women try their hand at such skills as calf roping and bull riding for an interesting night out from your Fraser rentals. Make an evening of it and enjoy dinner while watching your favorite event. You can also have fun watching the kids take in the sights before retiring to your Winter Park lodging.

Spend the Day away from Winter Park Lodging for a New Adventure

Only 26 miles north of Fraser lodging, you’ll enjoy a visit to the Hot Sulphur Springs Resort for plenty of relaxation and rest. Spend a day or two soaking up the spa services available there, and swim in the private pools set in man-made caves. This is a great break when you’ve planned an extended stay in Fraser rentals.

When you return to your Winter Park lodging rested and renewed, take a ride down the local tubing hill for fun in the snow with the entire family. Tube rentals are quite affordable, and this is an activity that is safe for all ages; however, small children should be accompanied by an adult on the way down.
