"Fabulous condo! Great deal, very spacious. Close to grocery store, restaurants, skateboard park, and rec. center. My kids, 10 and 13, loved swimming at the nearby rec. center. They also were pleased to find, games, cards, and DVDs provided at the condo. I was able to get this condo for the weekend for about the cost of one night at a hotel. We will be back. The owners went above and beyond accommodating us. They even mailed us my daughter's necklace that she had left behind."

  • perfect blend modern and rustic

"This place has all the amenities - radiant floor heating, deep soaker tub(s) in bathrooms, chef's kitchen, flatscreen TV, hot tub with a view - while preserving the character of an old-fashioned log cabin. Don't be shy if you like to cook, either. The kitchen is stocked with crock pots, knives, spices, cutlery, and anything you need to prepare a fine meal at the monster-sized dining table. The bunk beds are an especially nice feature with privacy curtains and reading lights. They are not an afterthought...they are a reason to come that kids and adults can both enjoy. The neighbors are friendly too if you need help orienting yourself with the area. Will be back."

  • Winter Park weekend with friends

"This house is a great house for two families with kids. The bunk room was perfect for the kids with a bathroom right across the hall. The weekend was very cold and being able to pull our cars/SUV right into the garage was really helpful. The hot tub was the perfect end to a long ski day. Overall we really enjoyed our experience. Also, the property manager Becky was very responsive and helpful! The few things that made our stay good but not excellent were little things that really make you feel like your at home. There was no sugar for coffee in the morning, the paper towels had three left when we got there and no back-up, we could not find any paper napkins or napkins at all for meals. The TV in the master did not work and both the TV's in the bedrooms were very old. We also had some bad luck in that the dryer broke the night before we got there. With 8 of us showering and using the hot tub we ran out of dry towels very quickly and had no way to dry our wet ones. We would rent this house again and just remember to bring the few particulars that were important to us."

Fraser Travel Tips

Create an Adventurous Getaway in Fraser Lodging

Located just north of Winter Park in Colorado, Fraser is a small town that offers a quiet getaway nestled in the mountains. Stay in Fraser lodging and enjoy secluded settings away from the traditional resort crowds, but maintain the option to take part in the same activities.

Reserve Fraser Lodging and Explore the Arapaho National Forest

Staying in Fraser rentals means your vacation could easily revolve around fishing, camping, hiking and hunting in the Arapaho National Forest. Also consider learning how to fly fish in the rivers and streams during your visit to Winter Park lodging.

Rodeo Fun near Fraser Rentals

If you schedule a stay in Fraser lodging sometime in July or August, you’ll have the chance to catch the rodeo on Saturday nights. Watch men and women try their hand at such skills as calf roping and bull riding for an interesting night out from your Fraser rentals. Make an evening of it and enjoy dinner while watching your favorite event. You can also have fun watching the kids take in the sights before retiring to your Winter Park lodging.

Spend the Day away from Winter Park Lodging for a New Adventure

Only 26 miles north of Fraser lodging, you’ll enjoy a visit to the Hot Sulphur Springs Resort for plenty of relaxation and rest. Spend a day or two soaking up the spa services available there, and swim in the private pools set in man-made caves. This is a great break when you’ve planned an extended stay in Fraser rentals.

When you return to your Winter Park lodging rested and renewed, take a ride down the local tubing hill for fun in the snow with the entire family. Tube rentals are quite affordable, and this is an activity that is safe for all ages; however, small children should be accompanied by an adult on the way down.
