  • Has Everything!

"Fireplace (with fully stocked logs) inside after skiing, as well as the spa with pool close by are great, as is the view of the meadow and mountains from the front. Fully equipped kitchen, multiple bedrooms and bathrooms, as well as internet make it easy for a group. And being on first floor makes for easy in and out. We've stayed here multiple times, and will continue coming back. Winter Park is close by, with convenient bus service as well as by car. And of course fabulous skiing, our main attraction. Great restaurants in the area too!"

  • Amazing Condo That Has It All, And A View To Die For!

"What an amazing place for us to stay for our first trip to Winter Park and the pictures simply do not do this place justice. The main floor living area has a vaulted ceiling that must be 30 feet high, and it makes the whole condo feel spacious and open, so you always felt like you had plenty of room to spread out and relax! With 4 master bedroom suites, it easily accommodated our two families (8 people), and everything is high end with luxury finishes. The view I woke up to every day was spectacular. You're just a quick drive to everything you need (Winter Park Resort, Grocery Story, Liquor Store, Tubing hill, restaurants). We made so many memories and loved every minute of our trip. Highly recommend the restaurant at Devil's Thumb Ranch for a great meal. If you rent this condo, you may never want to leave, it's that nice!"

  • A Wonderful Place to Stay

"Our entire family of 14, ages 1 1/2 through 69, stayed here for five nights, which included Christmas. It was really wonderful. Because it is on 3 levels, we were able to spread out for a while, but all be together for meals. We did a lot of cooking, and the kitchen is very well-equipped. I love that there are lots of supplies in the kitchen so we didn't have to go to the store for a teaspoon of salt. It was all there! We could "borrow" and leave something in return. There were absolutely no problems!"

  • Wonderful Stay!

"We have stayed at this property before and came back because we enjoyed it so much. It is a beautiful log home close to Winter Park/Fraser. Leslie was extremely efficient with respect to the reservation and we will definitely stay here again next year. We enjoyed the deck, the hot tub, the sauna and all the ample room. This property is a great "find"."

Fraser Travel Tips

Create an Adventurous Getaway in Fraser Lodging

Located just north of Winter Park in Colorado, Fraser is a small town that offers a quiet getaway nestled in the mountains. Stay in Fraser lodging and enjoy secluded settings away from the traditional resort crowds, but maintain the option to take part in the same activities.

Reserve Fraser Lodging and Explore the Arapaho National Forest

Staying in Fraser rentals means your vacation could easily revolve around fishing, camping, hiking and hunting in the Arapaho National Forest. Also consider learning how to fly fish in the rivers and streams during your visit to Winter Park lodging.

Rodeo Fun near Fraser Rentals

If you schedule a stay in Fraser lodging sometime in July or August, you’ll have the chance to catch the rodeo on Saturday nights. Watch men and women try their hand at such skills as calf roping and bull riding for an interesting night out from your Fraser rentals. Make an evening of it and enjoy dinner while watching your favorite event. You can also have fun watching the kids take in the sights before retiring to your Winter Park lodging.

Spend the Day away from Winter Park Lodging for a New Adventure

Only 26 miles north of Fraser lodging, you’ll enjoy a visit to the Hot Sulphur Springs Resort for plenty of relaxation and rest. Spend a day or two soaking up the spa services available there, and swim in the private pools set in man-made caves. This is a great break when you’ve planned an extended stay in Fraser rentals.

When you return to your Winter Park lodging rested and renewed, take a ride down the local tubing hill for fun in the snow with the entire family. Tube rentals are quite affordable, and this is an activity that is safe for all ages; however, small children should be accompanied by an adult on the way down.
