  • Frasier Home

"We stayed at the Frasier Home for 3 nights over Spring Break. The accomodations were great with lots of space and hot tub. The drive to town was close and the skiing bus stopped right outside the property. Jason was very accomodating and answered any questions that we had. We were able to take our dog along and that was a bonus. I would definitely stay again. The house has some great mountain views and was comfortable and quiet. I loved the skylights. Very reasonable in price and location."

  • A fun time at WP SPLASH was had by all!

"Solomon and Danielle, we have stayed at several VRBO units in the Fraser Valley over the years and your fine home ranks among the best! The long Easter weekend provided a great opportunity for our family to converge from our different locations. Your warm and welcoming home provided an excellent nest for the flock. The layout is perfect for adults and children of all ages (ours are all adult). The kitchen is well equipped for home cooking or entertaining. The location is easily accessible. We had no trouble whatsoever comfortably housing our group of 7 (plus my daughter's dog). The freshly-cut flowers were a very welcome addition on the table - a benefit we have not received from any of the other VRBO units we have experienced Thank you for sharing with us!"

  • Great Time!

"Had a great family get away at this Townhome. The home is very close to restaurants and the slopes which made everything very easy. The private hot tub was a nice way to end the long day of skiing. Winter Park Lodging Company was on top of things from start to finish."

  • Terrific Value

"Our family of 5 stayed here for a week. The unit is spacious, clean, with 2 baths,TV and WiFI. We slept well. The newly remodeled clubhouse was the kicker--- pool, hot tub, steam room, ping pong, basketball and tennis and complimentary towels. The whole package made this a terrific value!"

Fraser Travel Tips

Create an Adventurous Getaway in Fraser Lodging

Located just north of Winter Park in Colorado, Fraser is a small town that offers a quiet getaway nestled in the mountains. Stay in Fraser lodging and enjoy secluded settings away from the traditional resort crowds, but maintain the option to take part in the same activities.

Reserve Fraser Lodging and Explore the Arapaho National Forest

Staying in Fraser rentals means your vacation could easily revolve around fishing, camping, hiking and hunting in the Arapaho National Forest. Also consider learning how to fly fish in the rivers and streams during your visit to Winter Park lodging.

Rodeo Fun near Fraser Rentals

If you schedule a stay in Fraser lodging sometime in July or August, you’ll have the chance to catch the rodeo on Saturday nights. Watch men and women try their hand at such skills as calf roping and bull riding for an interesting night out from your Fraser rentals. Make an evening of it and enjoy dinner while watching your favorite event. You can also have fun watching the kids take in the sights before retiring to your Winter Park lodging.

Spend the Day away from Winter Park Lodging for a New Adventure

Only 26 miles north of Fraser lodging, you’ll enjoy a visit to the Hot Sulphur Springs Resort for plenty of relaxation and rest. Spend a day or two soaking up the spa services available there, and swim in the private pools set in man-made caves. This is a great break when you’ve planned an extended stay in Fraser rentals.

When you return to your Winter Park lodging rested and renewed, take a ride down the local tubing hill for fun in the snow with the entire family. Tube rentals are quite affordable, and this is an activity that is safe for all ages; however, small children should be accompanied by an adult on the way down.
