"Our journey from DIA to this property was a relatively short drive, in comparison to other Colorado ski areas, 2 hours from airport to Fraser. Upon arrival at the residence, unpacking the vehicles in the spacious garages where all ski gear was stored, our Winter Park vacation began as we discovered fantastic views of the Winter Park ski area from every room in the house. Our first family activity was to prepare our first meal in the well appointed kitchen. The open plan of the living room/dining room/kitchen made it a family affair. Our adult children and their families settled into their bedrooms on the lower level, which also has a living area, while we grandparents enjoyed the privacy of the master bedroom/luxury bathroom on the first floor. At the end of each day, the hot tub was a favorite spot to relax. The kids also enjoyed the hill behind the house to get more time in the snow with a little sledding. The large utility room/pantry, plus the additional dryer in the garage, allowed laundry for 10 to be a more manageable task. It was apparent that the owners had given extensive consideration of every conceivable need one might have while staying in their lovely Colorado home--a place for everything and everything in its place. We would definitely consider staying in this residence again. We hear that the summer activities are numerous as well."

  • Very nice house!!!

"We very much enjoyed our stay here at this house. It has so much room. We have 8 children and were very comfortable in this rental. We have an almost 2 year old who slept in a portable crib that we set up in the master bedroom. We also had four of our friends visit with us for part of our time there....there was room for everyone!!! Mike was very good to work with - he got back to me quickly with any questions. The children enjoyed the fooseball game very much as well as the big tv downstairs in the family/living room area. We also had a great time playing outdoor games as a family....the grass area was very nice. We cooked almost all of our meals at the house including using the grill numerous times."

  • Epic

"Coolest place we've ever stayed. The pictures don't do it justice. It's a lot bigger than it looks, three stories. The builder went over the top. The radiant floors combined with the insulation and fire place kept the whole place toasty. The stairs were wide with floor lights on their own switch. Those kinds up upgrades make this place extra nice. The back deck has incredible views and you get the sunrise and sunset. I will always stay here when I ski at Winter Park."

  • Great location, really enjoyed Fraser.

"A couple of friends and I spent a weekend in CO skiing and snowmobiling. We found Fraser a great location for our trips to Winter Park and Grand Lake. This condo was perfect for us. It was great that each bedroom had at least a queen size bed. Nice tv that was great for watching March madness and awesome dvd collection. Enjoyed relaxing in hot tub, which was only a 5 min walk. Used the kitchen quite a bit, cooked some steaks on the grill. Great weekend in CO."

Fraser Travel Tips

Create an Adventurous Getaway in Fraser Lodging

Located just north of Winter Park in Colorado, Fraser is a small town that offers a quiet getaway nestled in the mountains. Stay in Fraser lodging and enjoy secluded settings away from the traditional resort crowds, but maintain the option to take part in the same activities.

Reserve Fraser Lodging and Explore the Arapaho National Forest

Staying in Fraser rentals means your vacation could easily revolve around fishing, camping, hiking and hunting in the Arapaho National Forest. Also consider learning how to fly fish in the rivers and streams during your visit to Winter Park lodging.

Rodeo Fun near Fraser Rentals

If you schedule a stay in Fraser lodging sometime in July or August, you’ll have the chance to catch the rodeo on Saturday nights. Watch men and women try their hand at such skills as calf roping and bull riding for an interesting night out from your Fraser rentals. Make an evening of it and enjoy dinner while watching your favorite event. You can also have fun watching the kids take in the sights before retiring to your Winter Park lodging.

Spend the Day away from Winter Park Lodging for a New Adventure

Only 26 miles north of Fraser lodging, you’ll enjoy a visit to the Hot Sulphur Springs Resort for plenty of relaxation and rest. Spend a day or two soaking up the spa services available there, and swim in the private pools set in man-made caves. This is a great break when you’ve planned an extended stay in Fraser rentals.

When you return to your Winter Park lodging rested and renewed, take a ride down the local tubing hill for fun in the snow with the entire family. Tube rentals are quite affordable, and this is an activity that is safe for all ages; however, small children should be accompanied by an adult on the way down.
