"Beautiful condo. We enjoyed our stay, great location close to shopping and skiing. We had a fun day at the YMCA. We did have to request someone look at the hot tub when we went to use it our first night it was a cool 80 degrees."

  • Good place for a getaway

"This was the perfect condo for a girls weekend getaway to ski. The condo is the perfect size for a group of 4+. The price is right. I'd consider it again especially with the discount for return renters! We loved being able to bring our food/shop for food and libations and cook at the condo. It saves money and allows for more time together. The bus is convenient to the condo and ski hill. We didn't use the clubhouse, but visited, I can see where it would be great for a family. I have recommended this condo to friends who are considering Winter Park for a family ski trip in 2016. Thanks for opening up your home to us all!!"

  • Clean, Comfortable Vacation Getaway

"The owners are very helpful, pleasant and responsive. Their townhome is clean and nicely furnished in a quiet cul-du-sac with peaceful views. The beds are excellent and extremely comfortable. The home is spacious with tight seating in the living areas for our family of 5 with grown children and only inches to spare when parking our Suburban at an angle in the attached garage, but it worked for us, since we were mostly away busy with activities, and we would rent it again and recommend this property to others."

  • Felt Like I was Living in a Pottery Barn Catalog

"We had a fantastic annual mountain biking getaway in Winter Park Last weekend. A group of 6 of us were able to enjoy this very lovely condo. The condo looks professionally decorated and was equiped with everything we could possibly need. Clean, comfortable and plenty of room to roam around. Thanks you for allowing us to share your family's getaway place...we hope to return again someday."

Fraser Travel Tips

Create an Adventurous Getaway in Fraser Lodging

Located just north of Winter Park in Colorado, Fraser is a small town that offers a quiet getaway nestled in the mountains. Stay in Fraser lodging and enjoy secluded settings away from the traditional resort crowds, but maintain the option to take part in the same activities.

Reserve Fraser Lodging and Explore the Arapaho National Forest

Staying in Fraser rentals means your vacation could easily revolve around fishing, camping, hiking and hunting in the Arapaho National Forest. Also consider learning how to fly fish in the rivers and streams during your visit to Winter Park lodging.

Rodeo Fun near Fraser Rentals

If you schedule a stay in Fraser lodging sometime in July or August, you’ll have the chance to catch the rodeo on Saturday nights. Watch men and women try their hand at such skills as calf roping and bull riding for an interesting night out from your Fraser rentals. Make an evening of it and enjoy dinner while watching your favorite event. You can also have fun watching the kids take in the sights before retiring to your Winter Park lodging.

Spend the Day away from Winter Park Lodging for a New Adventure

Only 26 miles north of Fraser lodging, you’ll enjoy a visit to the Hot Sulphur Springs Resort for plenty of relaxation and rest. Spend a day or two soaking up the spa services available there, and swim in the private pools set in man-made caves. This is a great break when you’ve planned an extended stay in Fraser rentals.

When you return to your Winter Park lodging rested and renewed, take a ride down the local tubing hill for fun in the snow with the entire family. Tube rentals are quite affordable, and this is an activity that is safe for all ages; however, small children should be accompanied by an adult on the way down.
