  • Haven in Colorado!

"Best deck ever! Spent most of our time outside, eating, using the chimenea and having cocktails. Entire house well appointed with everything we needed. Beds were very comfy. It is very quiet and peaceful neighborhood. Close to winter park and Grand Lake. Also great area to walk or run and trails right by house. I highly recommend this house and will go back!"

  • Perfect!!! Great Value!!

"The Condo was beautiful and fully stocked. The owners responded right away when we had questions and needed guidance. The view was spectacular. The full length windows in the living room made the experience. Having personal control of the temperature in all of the bedrooms was fantastic. We were one minute from the grocery store which was very handy. The ski resort was a very short and pretty drive. I will definitely be returning!"

  • Boulder Family

"We rented this home over Thanksgiving for a long weekend getaway/ "ski-cation" with extended family. We absolutely loved it in every way! We took full advantage of all of the kitchen appliances and we were able to cook a gourmet dinner without bringing a single appliance from home. We also brought our dog with us (a HUGE plus) who loved frolicking in the snow along nearby trails -- and there was a nice, heated garage for him while the rest of us were out and about. This house is the perfect setup for a large family or several smaller groups who want to be together under one roof and enjoy family meals and living space together, but still want to have separate (and super comfortable) sleeping and bathroom space. As an added bonus, our kids (ages 7 and 3) loved the Wii and big TV in the basement and felt like they had their own area all to themselves. The owner was extremely responsive via email and text both before and during our stay. We would definitely rent this house again in a heartbeat!"

  • Relaxing Thanksgiving get-a-way!

"My friends and I had such a great time at this place for the long Thanksgiving weekend! We loved the amenities of the house and the hot tub was great! It was cozy and we had plenty of room for the 8 people that stayed at the house. We loved how nice and quiet the neighborhood was. We went for long walks and enjoyed some sledding behind the house. Our dogs loved it too! Great place, great location!"

Fraser Travel Tips

Create an Adventurous Getaway in Fraser Lodging

Located just north of Winter Park in Colorado, Fraser is a small town that offers a quiet getaway nestled in the mountains. Stay in Fraser lodging and enjoy secluded settings away from the traditional resort crowds, but maintain the option to take part in the same activities.

Reserve Fraser Lodging and Explore the Arapaho National Forest

Staying in Fraser rentals means your vacation could easily revolve around fishing, camping, hiking and hunting in the Arapaho National Forest. Also consider learning how to fly fish in the rivers and streams during your visit to Winter Park lodging.

Rodeo Fun near Fraser Rentals

If you schedule a stay in Fraser lodging sometime in July or August, you’ll have the chance to catch the rodeo on Saturday nights. Watch men and women try their hand at such skills as calf roping and bull riding for an interesting night out from your Fraser rentals. Make an evening of it and enjoy dinner while watching your favorite event. You can also have fun watching the kids take in the sights before retiring to your Winter Park lodging.

Spend the Day away from Winter Park Lodging for a New Adventure

Only 26 miles north of Fraser lodging, you’ll enjoy a visit to the Hot Sulphur Springs Resort for plenty of relaxation and rest. Spend a day or two soaking up the spa services available there, and swim in the private pools set in man-made caves. This is a great break when you’ve planned an extended stay in Fraser rentals.

When you return to your Winter Park lodging rested and renewed, take a ride down the local tubing hill for fun in the snow with the entire family. Tube rentals are quite affordable, and this is an activity that is safe for all ages; however, small children should be accompanied by an adult on the way down.
