  • Epic

"Coolest place we've ever stayed. The pictures don't do it justice. It's a lot bigger than it looks, three stories. The builder went over the top. The radiant floors combined with the insulation and fire place kept the whole place toasty. The stairs were wide with floor lights on their own switch. Those kinds up upgrades make this place extra nice. The back deck has incredible views and you get the sunrise and sunset. I will always stay here when I ski at Winter Park."

  • A Treasure!

"My children and I thoroughly enjoyed our week vacation at this incredible home. The home is warm and inviting without being pretentious. The kitchen was my favorite place to be. It is huge and well equipped with all you could possibly need. The balcony was a very enjoyable with a grill and the most spectacular view. The master bath and living room share this same amazing view. The home is located on a quiet cul-de-sac with a lovely two car garage. Each bedroom and bath is more than sufficient for providing each guest with their own space and privacy. The laundry room is large and fully equipped with very nice linens and laundry soap. Shopping is truly convenient with Safeway at the bottom of the mountain, ALCO across the street (like a small Walmart), and bike rentals across the highway. Sight seeing, hiking, kayaking, biking, and dining are all within a short distance away. Besides Winter Park, Grand Lake is a must see and do! We are already planning to return over Christmas and am looking forward to staying in the same home! Thank you, Ron, for your gracious hospitality, your efficient communication, and your professional management skills! Hands down, this was one of our most enjoyable, restful, playful, and comfortable vacations EVER!"

  • Great location, really enjoyed Fraser.

"A couple of friends and I spent a weekend in CO skiing and snowmobiling. We found Fraser a great location for our trips to Winter Park and Grand Lake. This condo was perfect for us. It was great that each bedroom had at least a queen size bed. Nice tv that was great for watching March madness and awesome dvd collection. Enjoyed relaxing in hot tub, which was only a 5 min walk. Used the kitchen quite a bit, cooked some steaks on the grill. Great weekend in CO."

Fraser Travel Tips

Create an Adventurous Getaway in Fraser Lodging

Located just north of Winter Park in Colorado, Fraser is a small town that offers a quiet getaway nestled in the mountains. Stay in Fraser lodging and enjoy secluded settings away from the traditional resort crowds, but maintain the option to take part in the same activities.

Reserve Fraser Lodging and Explore the Arapaho National Forest

Staying in Fraser rentals means your vacation could easily revolve around fishing, camping, hiking and hunting in the Arapaho National Forest. Also consider learning how to fly fish in the rivers and streams during your visit to Winter Park lodging.

Rodeo Fun near Fraser Rentals

If you schedule a stay in Fraser lodging sometime in July or August, you’ll have the chance to catch the rodeo on Saturday nights. Watch men and women try their hand at such skills as calf roping and bull riding for an interesting night out from your Fraser rentals. Make an evening of it and enjoy dinner while watching your favorite event. You can also have fun watching the kids take in the sights before retiring to your Winter Park lodging.

Spend the Day away from Winter Park Lodging for a New Adventure

Only 26 miles north of Fraser lodging, you’ll enjoy a visit to the Hot Sulphur Springs Resort for plenty of relaxation and rest. Spend a day or two soaking up the spa services available there, and swim in the private pools set in man-made caves. This is a great break when you’ve planned an extended stay in Fraser rentals.

When you return to your Winter Park lodging rested and renewed, take a ride down the local tubing hill for fun in the snow with the entire family. Tube rentals are quite affordable, and this is an activity that is safe for all ages; however, small children should be accompanied by an adult on the way down.
