"My high school friends & I celebrated our 24th anniversary of playing Fall golf together in Fraser. The owner (Brian) was great to work with, very helpful with his advice on area golf & eating options, and was timely in all contacts. Snow Dream's amenities are all as described in terms of flexibility of sleeping arrangements, entertainment, and comfort. The location is excellent, as we easily arrived on time for our tee times between 9 and 930 for four area golf courses. It was nice to leave at a comfortable time without having to rush anywhere. While not a criticism, be aware that anyone close to 6 feet or taller shouldn't be looking at the bunk beds or day beds for where they spend the evening sleeping. We will hopefully rent to Snow Dream for our return visit to Fraser."

  • Condo in Fraser

"This was a great condo in Fraser. We had 5 of us and we had plenty of room. Beds were very comfortable. All the amenities of home. Extremely clean and up to date. We did not use the free resort shuttle but it came by all the time. The club house was an added bonus. Very pleased."

  • Relaxing Thanksgiving get-a-way!

"My friends and I had such a great time at this place for the long Thanksgiving weekend! We loved the amenities of the house and the hot tub was great! It was cozy and we had plenty of room for the 8 people that stayed at the house. We loved how nice and quiet the neighborhood was. We went for long walks and enjoyed some sledding behind the house. Our dogs loved it too! Great place, great location!"

Fraser Travel Tips

Create an Adventurous Getaway in Fraser Lodging

Located just north of Winter Park in Colorado, Fraser is a small town that offers a quiet getaway nestled in the mountains. Stay in Fraser lodging and enjoy secluded settings away from the traditional resort crowds, but maintain the option to take part in the same activities.

Reserve Fraser Lodging and Explore the Arapaho National Forest

Staying in Fraser rentals means your vacation could easily revolve around fishing, camping, hiking and hunting in the Arapaho National Forest. Also consider learning how to fly fish in the rivers and streams during your visit to Winter Park lodging.

Rodeo Fun near Fraser Rentals

If you schedule a stay in Fraser lodging sometime in July or August, you’ll have the chance to catch the rodeo on Saturday nights. Watch men and women try their hand at such skills as calf roping and bull riding for an interesting night out from your Fraser rentals. Make an evening of it and enjoy dinner while watching your favorite event. You can also have fun watching the kids take in the sights before retiring to your Winter Park lodging.

Spend the Day away from Winter Park Lodging for a New Adventure

Only 26 miles north of Fraser lodging, you’ll enjoy a visit to the Hot Sulphur Springs Resort for plenty of relaxation and rest. Spend a day or two soaking up the spa services available there, and swim in the private pools set in man-made caves. This is a great break when you’ve planned an extended stay in Fraser rentals.

When you return to your Winter Park lodging rested and renewed, take a ride down the local tubing hill for fun in the snow with the entire family. Tube rentals are quite affordable, and this is an activity that is safe for all ages; however, small children should be accompanied by an adult on the way down.
