"This rental was pretty much as described. We were four adults and three children. There was ample space for everyone. The hot tub on the deck was a nice bonus. I thought I read on the listing that there was a grill at the condo but there was not. Just something to keep in mind when planning meals. The kitchen was well equipped and the house was very kid friendly. The location was great for us because we like being close to Winter Park and Granby. The rental is a little out dated but certainly a nice place to stay. My only complaints would be that the "master" bedroom is really a loft and is not a very quiet place to sleep if anyone else in the house is awake. The sliding wall does not keep out any sound or much light. The steps are very creaky and make a ton of noise that can be heard throughout the house. I would definitely recommend this condo for the price that we paid."Guest: Michele B. Date of Stay: July 2013 Review Submitted: July 14, 2013View listing
"Condition of condo found to be neat, clean, and orderly with abundance of non-perishable condiments on hand (spices, etc.) and plenty of linens. All appliances and plumbing were in great working order. Our two 20-something children found the bunk beds in the second BR to not be to their liking but they were satisfied using the futon in the lanai room and the sofa in the living room for bedding. We would be happy to return to this condo for winter or summer visits in the future."Guest: Roger W. Date of Stay: June 2014 Review Submitted: June 19, 2014View listing
"Great place. Loved the wood burning fire place, king size bed in master, and that each bedroom had its own bath. The club was awesome with full workout facilities, huge hottubs and heated pool. We all swam with snow in the background! The owners were very accommodating. It is also very close to Winter Park."Guest: Robin Date of Stay: March 2014 Review Submitted: March 28, 2014View listing
"We used the condo on Spring break 2013, Karen the owner was very easy to work with and answered all my questions promptly. The condo was more than we expected, very clean updated and we had tons of room. Having three full baths was great no one had to share. We ended up not having as many people as we thought were coming but even with a full house there would of been tons of room. We cooked most of our meals there and we found everything we needed to make dinners and morning meals in the updated kitchen. There were plenty of towels, pillows, blankets etc for a comfortable stay. It only took us about 10 min to get to Winter Park resort for skiing and there were some good restaurants within 5 min. Right down from the condo is a Safeway just in case you forgot something. Overall great condo and we will stay there again the next time we are in Winter Park."Guest: Family Date of Stay: March 2013 Review Submitted: April 2, 2013View listing

Rodeo Fun near Fraser Rentals
If you schedule a stay in Fraser lodging sometime in July or August, you’ll have the chance to catch the rodeo on Saturday nights. Watch men and women try their hand at such skills as calf roping and bull riding for an interesting night out from your Fraser rentals. Make an evening of it and enjoy dinner while watching your favorite event. You can also have fun watching the kids take in the sights before retiring to your Winter Park lodging.
Spend the Day away from Winter Park Lodging for a New Adventure
Only 26 miles north of Fraser lodging, you’ll enjoy a visit to the Hot Sulphur Springs Resort for plenty of relaxation and rest. Spend a day or two soaking up the spa services available there, and swim in the private pools set in man-made caves. This is a great break when you’ve planned an extended stay in Fraser rentals.
When you return to your Winter Park lodging rested and renewed, take a ride down the local tubing hill for fun in the snow with the entire family. Tube rentals are quite affordable, and this is an activity that is safe for all ages; however, small children should be accompanied by an adult on the way down.
