  • Great Spring Break Getaway

"This house will exceed your expectations. It is beautiful and comfortable inside and out. Everything was clean, spacious and comfortable. Our party of ten had more than enough room to spread out and enjoy our stay. The views were amazing looking back over the town of Winter Park and the ski area. We can't wait for our next getaway to this great home."

  • Perfect!!! Great Value!!

"The Condo was beautiful and fully stocked. The owners responded right away when we had questions and needed guidance. The view was spectacular. The full length windows in the living room made the experience. Having personal control of the temperature in all of the bedrooms was fantastic. We were one minute from the grocery store which was very handy. The ski resort was a very short and pretty drive. I will definitely be returning!"

Fraser Travel Tips

Create an Adventurous Getaway in Fraser Lodging

Located just north of Winter Park in Colorado, Fraser is a small town that offers a quiet getaway nestled in the mountains. Stay in Fraser lodging and enjoy secluded settings away from the traditional resort crowds, but maintain the option to take part in the same activities.

Reserve Fraser Lodging and Explore the Arapaho National Forest

Staying in Fraser rentals means your vacation could easily revolve around fishing, camping, hiking and hunting in the Arapaho National Forest. Also consider learning how to fly fish in the rivers and streams during your visit to Winter Park lodging.

Rodeo Fun near Fraser Rentals

If you schedule a stay in Fraser lodging sometime in July or August, you’ll have the chance to catch the rodeo on Saturday nights. Watch men and women try their hand at such skills as calf roping and bull riding for an interesting night out from your Fraser rentals. Make an evening of it and enjoy dinner while watching your favorite event. You can also have fun watching the kids take in the sights before retiring to your Winter Park lodging.

Spend the Day away from Winter Park Lodging for a New Adventure

Only 26 miles north of Fraser lodging, you’ll enjoy a visit to the Hot Sulphur Springs Resort for plenty of relaxation and rest. Spend a day or two soaking up the spa services available there, and swim in the private pools set in man-made caves. This is a great break when you’ve planned an extended stay in Fraser rentals.

When you return to your Winter Park lodging rested and renewed, take a ride down the local tubing hill for fun in the snow with the entire family. Tube rentals are quite affordable, and this is an activity that is safe for all ages; however, small children should be accompanied by an adult on the way down.
