"Everything about our stay was outstanding. The owner was very helpful. We enjoyed the small towns in the area and the Rocky Mountain National Park. A great trip."

  • Great place to stay for skiing

"This place is not actually a new home, but a duplex/condo. The other than that the add is fairly accurate. The layout is very nice and all of the amenities and appliances worked well. The hot tub was very nice and plenty of towels were provided. It was a short walk to the bus stop. (5 min). The only drawback is a very steep driveway, which was tight for my 3/4 ton truck to turnaround. The garage was big enough for 2 cars or a truck and a car. I would recommend this for anyone with families looking for a mountain getaway. Susan was vey nice and helpful. Waiting to se if my cleaning deposit is refunded now."

  • Wonderful Family Getaway

"My three adult children, there spouses and I enjoyed every moment of our stay at Moose Lodge! The condo was beautifully decorated yet cozy. The kitchen was well stocked and we also enjoyed cooking out on the gas grill. The sauna was an added bonus as were the hot tub and pool at the community center. Fraser is a well kept secret conveniently located to Winter Park, Grand Lake and Rocky Mountain National Park. We hope to return to Moose Lodge very soon!"

  • Great Winter Holiday Home

"We are a family of ten and we stayed for a week over the 2014 Christmas holiday. We were all happy with the experience. Our time was very much like the family who stayed here during the 2013 Christmas holiday, their review is just what we were looking for and we got it. This is a large and beautiful home. We had the grandparents in the upstairs master suite and two families in the 2 wings downstairs. Each wing had 2 bedrooms and a bathroom with a second family room separating the wings. Plenty of room in this house and the views from the giant windows were spectacular. The owners were easy to get in touch with and the home was prepared for the whole family. There was plenty of dishes and silverware and plenty of towels. The large kitchen allowed room for lots of helpers and the open floor plan combined the kitchen, dining area and family room with a great view of Winter Park. Thanks for a fantastic family vacation!"

Fraser Travel Tips

Create an Adventurous Getaway in Fraser Lodging

Located just north of Winter Park in Colorado, Fraser is a small town that offers a quiet getaway nestled in the mountains. Stay in Fraser lodging and enjoy secluded settings away from the traditional resort crowds, but maintain the option to take part in the same activities.

Reserve Fraser Lodging and Explore the Arapaho National Forest

Staying in Fraser rentals means your vacation could easily revolve around fishing, camping, hiking and hunting in the Arapaho National Forest. Also consider learning how to fly fish in the rivers and streams during your visit to Winter Park lodging.

Rodeo Fun near Fraser Rentals

If you schedule a stay in Fraser lodging sometime in July or August, you’ll have the chance to catch the rodeo on Saturday nights. Watch men and women try their hand at such skills as calf roping and bull riding for an interesting night out from your Fraser rentals. Make an evening of it and enjoy dinner while watching your favorite event. You can also have fun watching the kids take in the sights before retiring to your Winter Park lodging.

Spend the Day away from Winter Park Lodging for a New Adventure

Only 26 miles north of Fraser lodging, you’ll enjoy a visit to the Hot Sulphur Springs Resort for plenty of relaxation and rest. Spend a day or two soaking up the spa services available there, and swim in the private pools set in man-made caves. This is a great break when you’ve planned an extended stay in Fraser rentals.

When you return to your Winter Park lodging rested and renewed, take a ride down the local tubing hill for fun in the snow with the entire family. Tube rentals are quite affordable, and this is an activity that is safe for all ages; however, small children should be accompanied by an adult on the way down.
