"Our journey from DIA to this property was a relatively short drive, in comparison to other Colorado ski areas, 2 hours from airport to Fraser. Upon arrival at the residence, unpacking the vehicles in the spacious garages where all ski gear was stored, our Winter Park vacation began as we discovered fantastic views of the Winter Park ski area from every room in the house. Our first family activity was to prepare our first meal in the well appointed kitchen. The open plan of the living room/dining room/kitchen made it a family affair. Our adult children and their families settled into their bedrooms on the lower level, which also has a living area, while we grandparents enjoyed the privacy of the master bedroom/luxury bathroom on the first floor. At the end of each day, the hot tub was a favorite spot to relax. The kids also enjoyed the hill behind the house to get more time in the snow with a little sledding. The large utility room/pantry, plus the additional dryer in the garage, allowed laundry for 10 to be a more manageable task. It was apparent that the owners had given extensive consideration of every conceivable need one might have while staying in their lovely Colorado home--a place for everything and everything in its place. We would definitely consider staying in this residence again. We hear that the summer activities are numerous as well."Guest: Dennis B. "We recently had our 2nd yearly family reunion at this property in the last three years. My extended family is pretty big and most of them live out of state. Everyone enjoys this house as it allows us to stay in the same place and have a chance to catch up with everyone in a very relaxed setting. The location has terrific views and the house is big enough to accommodate a larger group of people. The kitchen is well equipped to cook great meals and the dining area seats a large group comfortably. I would definitely recommend this house to any group that wants to relax in a big, beautiful, custom home within a warm mountain setting."Guest: Mark Date of Stay: July 2014 Review Submitted: July 10, 2014View listing

Fraser Travel Tips
Create an Adventurous Getaway in Fraser Lodging
Located just north of Winter Park in Colorado, Fraser is a small town that offers a quiet getaway nestled in the mountains. Stay in Fraser lodging and enjoy secluded settings away from the traditional resort crowds, but maintain the option to take part in the same activities.
Reserve Fraser Lodging and Explore the Arapaho National Forest
Staying in Fraser rentals means your vacation could easily revolve around fishing, camping, hiking and hunting in the Arapaho National Forest. Also consider learning how to fly fish in the rivers and streams during your visit to Winter Park lodging.
Rodeo Fun near Fraser Rentals
If you schedule a stay in Fraser lodging sometime in July or August, you’ll have the chance to catch the rodeo on Saturday nights. Watch men and women try their hand at such skills as calf roping and bull riding for an interesting night out from your Fraser rentals. Make an evening of it and enjoy dinner while watching your favorite event. You can also have fun watching the kids take in the sights before retiring to your Winter Park lodging.
Spend the Day away from Winter Park Lodging for a New Adventure
Only 26 miles north of Fraser lodging, you’ll enjoy a visit to the Hot Sulphur Springs Resort for plenty of relaxation and rest. Spend a day or two soaking up the spa services available there, and swim in the private pools set in man-made caves. This is a great break when you’ve planned an extended stay in Fraser rentals.
When you return to your Winter Park lodging rested and renewed, take a ride down the local tubing hill for fun in the snow with the entire family. Tube rentals are quite affordable, and this is an activity that is safe for all ages; however, small children should be accompanied by an adult on the way down.
